  • All those other riders clearly Suck. The dude on the Harley is a good rider

  • Is this bike worth the price? I've read alot of mixed reviews, does it perform?

  • It is never goingg to be a Sports Bike, if you are looking for sheers performance this isn't the bike for you. However, we lapped all the circuits with very respectable times so they are not slow but it is much more about the lifestyle, sound, feel of the bike which is the 'hook', nothing comes close!

Out the box they are a little tame but after fitting the exhausts, re-mapped the ignition and fitted some 'goodies' it is transformed, best bet is not to try to compere it directly to anything.

  • Sporty Spirit!!!

    Greets, charlesb52, sportzilla.nl

  • Seems like a pretty good handler, I was in the Doncaster Harley dealers the other day and there was one of these in there, awesome looking bike.

  • Nice to see how trackday overtaking should be done Mike.

  • Edwards, I know you're based in the UK, so I'm interested to know if you set your bike up in line with the Vance & Hines series over here, or if you went with a different setup, and why. Great video, and thanks for posting!

  • To be honest I don't know the V&H set up, our machines were stock engines with a re-mapped ignition, race pipe etc. The chassis only had modified front suspension and a pair of Ohlins shocks, steering damper and a few other bits and bobs. I would love to come over and ride a few rounds of the V&H series, it would be great to compare the two series.

  • beautiful lean man! even faster than japs bikes! how fast in the straight line???

  • WOW- makin me dizzy-

  • What have you done to keep from dragging the header and pegs. I'm scraping everything up.

  • @FormulaMazda stock bike is too low most guys raise the rear end.

  • Are you running stock 'gearing' for the series, or did you make an internal change(I.e. Buell sprocket swap)?

  • Running with standard belt drive, so no changes.

  • @MikeEdwards09 Thanx Mike. I'm gonna run mine at Willow Springs which has a high average speed, and room enough for the XR to top out(600's will reach their top speed there). You can install the Buell primary gear on the left side, and it's supposed to give you another 7mph or so, but if none of you have felt it necessary to increase it's top speed, I'm gonna try it stock first.

  • WooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW!

  • Awesome riding, Showing the sports bikes how it should be done. My boss is riding an XR for Black Bear this season, Looks like it's going to be very close racing.

  • awesome bike

  • Hey,Mike now here in Spain....thanks for the video, good bike and again the best pilot.
