I'm pretty sure the wire stripper is actually that "V" shaped indentation at the base of the bottle/can opener.

Its both, to be honest it is much better as a bottle opener than a can opener, it would be better if it was sharper, but then it wouldnt open bottles as well.

Yea I am in Israel right now, it was about $90 here, and that is not bad here, I know it is more than double what you paid, but that is what everything here costs because of customs and importation laws, everything here is at least double what the MSRP is in the states.

I didnt name it that, Leatherman did. It can be used as either a hard wire cutter or a smaller wire stripper.

Like I said in the video, Leatherman always tries to squeeze in as many definitions for the same tool as they can to make it seem like it has more functionality. It can be used as a wire stripper so I guess they are right though.

Actually on this one, they have these Zytel grip inserts that are more ergonomical, and it no longer does, but I know what you mean, I had one of the original Leathermans from the like 70's or early 80's. MAN THEY DID MOST CERTAINLY!

But these inserts really help out a lot.

Oh, and it was hard to open and use at first, but I lubed it up a bit and exercised it a bit, and it actually is pretty easy now, not to easy so as it will come open on its own, but much better.

Yea I dont know why they have to make a pair of pliers sound like it is 5 different tools!

Needlenose Pliers * Regular Pliers * Wire Cutters * Hard-wire Cutters * Wire Stripper

To me that sounds like every pair of pliers I have ever had. Might as well add in tweezers, hair pullers, and pincher's to the list if you really wana go for the moon!

Great review!! Why oh why do they include a bottle openers. I have never, ever used one!! nor do I use the cork screw in my other multi tool. Never think of a time or place where I will be lost in the woods and I discover a bottle of wine or beer that I just have to open to survive. (if I ever do, I'll just break the neck) LOL . thanks again for another great Review. 5/5

I dont really get why they put the can openers on there either, and I especially dont know why they put cork screws on them.

Secondly, you can open a bottle of beer with the end of your knife, or even a lighter or really anything, they are not hard to open.

Yea I like it, don't need a 50 piece multi tool if you know how to use every one in a smaller one, plus the larger ones are too heavy for me.
