Wondering when they step into heaven and see God for the first time , that very first moment when it dawns on them what they are seeing ! I wonder how loud , how mighty, how poweriful they are going to sing out to God in that very first moment . Wow makes me very excited for them !
That brother was always struting. They were on the Power Hour throwing down and BAM, He unbuttonned that coat and started. What am I talking about! 1:27. Also on the Fighting Temptations!!!!
I haven't seen Mr. Carter since I was 6... I still remember him playing catch with me in the back yard of my babysitter's and listening to him practice... "Uncle Jimmy" was the biggest influence on my life, and lately I've been feeling so apart from him.... This has helped me so much.
The 5 blind boys are wonderful. The video is great!!!! It appears that it does not start at the beginning. I sure would like to see the entire song ... does anyone know how I can see the entire version of this video?
Saw them live a number of years ago...absolutely stunning performance..Jimmy walked all around the audience with his mic...they all gave 110% for the whole concert. After a few hours, the audience was exhausted !!...but the Blind Boys sounded like they could go on tll dawn.
Thank you Bronson1921. Mr. Fields is my grandfather. Tonight I wanted to feel close to him..so i watched some of these old vids on youtube. Thanks again for your condolences...continue to pray for us...because you all missed a wonderful pioneer in the Gospel field....I simply miss "Daddy"...
@lovejonez76 I had the great pleasure of meeting your grandfather when my group(second chapter) and I came out on the road and he took a liking to us,but I dont feel they gave him the respect he deserved as an original member of the group;especialy during the period when they were managed by Lamount Blount, but he was as good as they come and I was extremely saddened at his passing. He left you a great legacy.
That Clarence Fountain is something else. The group is still going almost all year. They are one of the very BEST of the very few older quartets that are still here with us.
Excuse me I know Clarence Fountain is not the lead singer. What i meant is he is a true Character he really enjoys himself while singing.. Jimmy Carter is the lead singer
just amazing

Why don't we have this great music on TV? Is it because they don't think we will like it, well i do.
