And while destruction is nice, i have never been killed by destruction and have seen atleast 2 or 3 killed by it. And the maps are beautiful, but 9 maps get repetitive. And please don't use single player as a pro, i just finished it and its crap. BF3 is great but it was wayyy over hyped.
@jkbpttrsn actually it does, in battlefield sound is essential to be aware of your surroundings (in bf3 you can guess even distance of the enemy from sound alone).
about the maps, the variety on each map is quite big (each map is at least the size of 3 cod maps together), by example on caspian border you can be on a forest then on a gas station,etc (and there is 4 more maps incoming of the same size).
@Galm01Cipher well sound i important in every game. but to tell you the truth the sound in BF3 is amazing because of all the rubbles and yells from the soldiers, but it's not like it makes a better player with it. for example i play at night have to keep the volume at 0 so not wake anybody, and i don't play any worse without it.And for the maps they're beautiful and huge, but the size is also a prob cause cause you see yourself running for minutes getting around the big maps
@Galm01Cipher the problem is that the maps do get repetitive. they might be bigger, but the when you play for a couple hours and all you get are the same 9 maps, the size doesn't matter. it just makes you want the dlc quicker. I like both games, but pretty graphics and sound don't make a game, its the gameplay that does. I'm looking forward to playing both

I'm really not liking the MW3 maps. They are all on some street or the other...well, at least all the ones I've seen so far. They all look the same. I've been hoping to see some maps in unique places like Quarry, Wasteland etc and Firing Range, Jungle on Black Ops etc. And I was hoping to see all the game modes in this vid, not just the new ones.

This game looks awesome, I'm not afraid to say it. Every game has their style of how they make it, no matter how much work you put into a game, it's going to be the same style. Stop complaining that it's the same. I enjoy Call of Duty, and I enjoy Battlefield. There really isn't need for this competition. They're both awesome games with their own great traits.

some things mw3 has that you didnt mention 1) New guns 2) Improved game play 3) New & improved point streaks 4) Better class organization 5) perks are tiered better
also it is pretty amazing how many COD players bought BF3 and it still didn't come anywhere near the sales of MW3

And while destruction is nice, i have never been killed by destruction and have seen atleast 2 or 3 killed by it. And the maps are beautiful, but 9 maps get repetitive. And please don't use single player as a pro, i just finished it and its crap. BF3 is great but it was wayyy over hyped.

@jkbpttrsn actually it does, in battlefield sound is essential to be aware of your surroundings (in bf3 you can guess even distance of the enemy from sound alone).
about the maps, the variety on each map is quite big (each map is at least the size of 3 cod maps together), by example on caspian border you can be on a forest then on a gas station,etc (and there is 4 more maps incoming of the same size).

@Galm01Cipher well sound i important in every game. but to tell you the truth the sound in BF3 is amazing because of all the rubbles and yells from the soldiers, but it's not like it makes a better player with it. for example i play at night have to keep the volume at 0 so not wake anybody, and i don't play any worse without it.And for the maps they're beautiful and huge, but the size is also a prob cause cause you see yourself running for minutes getting around the big maps

@Galm01Cipher the problem is that the maps do get repetitive. they might be bigger, but the when you play for a couple hours and all you get are the same 9 maps, the size doesn't matter. it just makes you want the dlc quicker. I like both games, but pretty graphics and sound don't make a game, its the gameplay that does. I'm looking forward to playing both

I'm really not liking the MW3 maps. They are all on some street or the other...well, at least all the ones I've seen so far. They all look the same. I've been hoping to see some maps in unique places like Quarry, Wasteland etc and Firing Range, Jungle on Black Ops etc. And I was hoping to see all the game modes in this vid, not just the new ones.

I like the fact it's pretty much the same for 1 reason only.It's good the way it is! The only thing that needs a rework is the servers(c'mon everyone who played this game.We all know it).Once the servers get fixed, they can make more changes but keep the same dynamic that all cod fans are used to and can enjoy.BF3 looks nice(I'm sad i can't play it cuz i only get a wii)and i wish i had access to it. Wii is getting MW3 and for that,i thank Treyarch/IW. I hope we can get along BF and CoD fans.

This game looks awesome, I'm not afraid to say it. Every game has their style of how they make it, no matter how much work you put into a game, it's going to be the same style. Stop complaining that it's the same. I enjoy Call of Duty, and I enjoy Battlefield. There really isn't need for this competition. They're both awesome games with their own great traits.

@kirbaaaay wel actually thats just 1 thing they need to fix the online play on any cod game is shit they can add on all they want but the servers are just horrible the quality of the game sux to the only good thing about the mw series ( in my opinion ) is the campaign the online play is horrible for example the connection interface that come in the middle of a game and sometimes disconnects and sends you back in the lobby.......i can go on and on about it.......
