Very interesting, thanks for pointing me in this direction. I am definitely hunched 95% of the time - I find myself at work scrunching my neck and shrugging my shoulders and it's worse when I'm lifting. This is causing pain in the read of my neck and shoulders. Maybe I missed it, but what do I do to sort that out? Strengthen the muscles in the front? If so, how? Thanks again for the vids.
Excellent demonstration of knowledge on anatomy in relation to training. I haven't HEARD anyone reference strap muslce since I was STUDYING for my CSCS!

it cuts out just when you start talking about the tongue, where you gonna suggest tongue exercises?
also dont the lower traps help counteract that problem somewhat?
