  • Very interesting, thanks for pointing me in this direction. I am definitely hunched 95% of the time - I find myself at work scrunching my neck and shrugging my shoulders and it's worse when I'm lifting. This is causing pain in the read of my neck and shoulders. Maybe I missed it, but what do I do to sort that out? Strengthen the muscles in the front? If so, how? Thanks again for the vids.
