Great video. I Have about 12 hours on my excalibur, being new at this i have gone to a few coins to 25-30 coins in 3 hours at the jersey shore using your technique,
Hey great Video! How do you like your Minelab Excalibur? I'm looking at the Minelab Excalibur ii and can't decide if that is my best choice for a beach detector. I want to wade into the water and detect so this one interests me a lot. I am having trouble deciding over the minelab excalibur ii, the Garrett Seahunter, or the Garrett Infusium LS. I already have a land detector and am looking for a good one for the beach!
Thank You.......First choice Excalibur II, has discrimination, and very deep in AM/PP mode. Deeper then the Sea Hunter, almost as deep as the LS.Second choice, the LS..I just bought one, 10x14 mono coil for the Bay here in Maryland. Goes very deep but you dig lots of trash, great backup detector to the Excal...Third, SeaHunter, A Pi just like the LS, you will dig lots of trash. Good Machine but the others are much better. ....Good Luck........joe
Thanks for your help, I'm going with the excalibur ii now! From what I have read and seen about it, it got high ratings from beach hunters. Besides, for depth i have a whites MXT 300 to use on land off the beach so I don't think even if I got the LS that I would ever use it off the beach unless it started to rain. I'm sure the LS is a great detector as well though. I wish all detectors were water proof! That would save me from having to purchase another detector.

Great video. What kind of camera do you have and how is it mounted?. I have an Excaliber 1000 and never knew how to detect deep targets. No wonder i dont find anything. Thanks. Keep osting them.
