Environmental influences are very subtle, and act in our being in a dimension that is sometimes too large to understand.

Regardless, being gay is not caused by any "influence" there are MANY other animals that exhibit homosexual behaviour (elephants, birds, monkey's, lions, sheep, lizards and many more) Did they pick that up from the t.v or school? of course not they are wired differently! and we humans at our base, are animals and much alike other creatures some of us are just wired differently. They are not hurting anyone so there is nothing wrong with that!
