  • Does it matter if you do the strength exercise before cardio?

  • @doRkibeaR Great question! It's really a personal preference, however if you do your strengthening exercises first, you will active your anaerobic energy system, which is good for working on 'power' exercises. But if you do your cardio first you will active your aerobic energy systems, which means more fat burning during your strength training routine. I prefer to set up my workouts like this: warm-up, cardio, strength, stretch. hope this helps! xo T
