@bbrokes i did it with a program called TheGHOST and wii points is what you use to buy WiiWare Games or Virtual Console games.. But you don't need Wii points for this ;)

I love THEGHOST. My customs never turn out as nice (probably because I don't take much time because all I really want it to play custom songs). But yours are just all fancy, I download them all even though I could make them myself.

This is timo2 from demonoid (the one with the extremely high seed ratio and slow download speeds). lol.

No, TheGHOST does everything for you. You just drag and drop the song folder into the window. Check out TheGHOST on the scorehero forums, there is a great tutorial with pictures that will help you out ;)
