Well, by "administrative rights" It just siomply means you have to either be the only user of the computer you're on or you are an "admin". And if you're worried about the program harming your computer, just to be safe, scan it with a security program that you might have like Norton or Avg for example :)

Du lädst dir zuerst das Program runter (download rmxp link). Dann installierst du es. Dann lädst du dir die drivers runter (download drivers link). Dann gehst du auf Computer C, Programme -> enterbrain -> rpgxp und da kopierst du die drivers rein. Dann sollte das Spiel gehen.

@Rndmprsnondstrt if you have window 7 right click on the application and goto properties then the compatibility tab then select windows XP from the drop down box and hit apply then run the program (you may have to re paste the drivers once you change the properties but it should work )

ps:i had the same problem and i have windows 7 so i believe that is your issue too ^_^
