Did you tried entering the Lightning Round just after drinking an Invincibility Potion whilw wearing a Potion Durability + Medal ? It will last for the whole battles =)

@Lyseolia That's when I got it- Hero Mode. Didn't even bother in regular mode because I wanted to try Demise without it. Yes, I regretted that decision.

@Lyseolia I know. Kind of a let down in Hero Mode when I did with the shield. If I hadn't figured out the lightening strike by accident in regular mode, I don't think I ever would of beat him. Didn't have the shield, so, no shield bashing.

@Lyseolia Not if you watch that video of someone doing the full lightening round- all 13 battles!- in hero mode, 6 hearts, no shield. He had one heart wen he went to that battle and he somehow survived. I just copied his methods. Actually, I copied his methods for all boss battles. Genius.

@Lyseolia For Demise, yes. For regular boss battles, yes. For getting that stupid shield, no, no, no. Besides, he only has really groundbreaking methods for the three Imprisoned battles., which were my biggest worry. Everything else, it was mostly he had skill, and I just didn't.

@ClimbingGrl Well, for the shield, there is a lot of luck with the bosses order. That's why I began with the Demons Horde with Guardian Potion + and with the medal ;) And the others...

@Lyseolia Yeah, Horde battle was definitely my hardest one. For some reason, Ghirahim 3rd was ALWAYS my 2nd battle, so I got pretty good at that. Then my only worries were Kolkotronus and the squid, but since i often made mistakes against the spider and lost so much in the first battle, I died. I don't remember who I beat to finally get it.

Ghirahim 3rd, ahh... enjoyable battle and it arrives a lot in my case too :O And the Squid, brr... you do know you can move while aiming with the bow ? I found it the last time I fought him, great to dogde is arms :P

@Lyseolia Oh, yeah, I'm english- sorry! My brother calls Kolkotros 'Kolkotronus' and... yeah. And yeah, I knew about the bow thing but wasn't too good at it. The first phase of that battle always gave me a bit of trouble.

@Lyseolia I don't know, for me, all of Ghirahim's forms aren't too difficult. But his first and third are the easiest, although I wasn't good at his third until I looked up the online strategy. The only time I ever actually used the strategy guide and it had no good boss strategies. Didn't even MENTION the lightening strike vs. Demise.

@ClimbingGrl Well, Gaylord 3rd is a little gimmick for the DESTROY THE SWORD part, I finally understood the last time : just go easy =) But the first one, I just played with the sword and I learned it... of course it was hard, first boss of that kind.

@Lyseolia Yeah, I only used it for heart pieces, things like that. But it's one of the worst strategy guides I've ever seen. And the lightening strike... god. I was just holding it hoping I could somehow get a Skyward Strike, otherwise I was dead. Then I got lightening for a second before Demise hit me and I wasn't sure if I'd imagined it or not.

Argh, the strategy guides aren't great most of the time. I mostly use them for hidden ruppes, but I find them easily with Detection Did you know that there are two silver rupees hidden at the top of the big head in Ancient Port (Lanayru) ? Hard to get, worth it =)

And yeah, a hell of a game. I would have prefered a flying minigame we can do all the time =(

@Lyseolia I had over 600 ruppees when I first started. I won A LOT of ruppees playing until I got better at aiming at the spot, then I only got one or lost one. So I went from 100o rupppees- when I started getting good- to 0. I got on it on my last shot.
