  • on the website it says the p67 supports up to 1800mhz and you say it supports up to 1866mhz... wich one is true? im going to get 2 1866mhz of ram but idk if p67 supports it :( plz respond!

  • so if I plan on using water is the vest garbage? I like the warranty of the tough series (electronics hate me) so maybe I will take it of or rig a fan to it.

  • Guys Am Goin to Buy a New Motherbored But idk What to choose , ASUS Sabertooth P67 .. or Gigabyte GA-Z68XP- UD3-ISSD-B3 , which one is better in gaming and everything ? please i need help

  • @DaviedDedo91 Seriously they are the same but the Z68 has 2 extra options. The Z68 allows you to switch from your high end gpu to the onboard gpu by the click of a button. That way your electrical bill stays down. The other features is SSD cache, which has nothing to do with an SSD lol. It just lets say you click photoshop alot, your Z68 remembers you use it alot and cache's it so the next time you open it after a computer restart. It opens up almost instantly. So in gaming terms they are the same

  • will i be able to use my i5 760 on this motherboard?

  • lol in every review you sound like you have a blocked nose great reviews btw!

  • Uh the top comment says it's a 1155 socket, but when buying it online on tiger direct it recommends buying a Intel Core i7 H2 socket to go with this motherboard. Help?

  • @Truesoldier000 H2 is the same as 1155

  • Comment removed

  • hmm i mean to replace my asus rampage formula with this

  • I love your reviews : ) thanks

  • @KR1NkAndroid That's very kind. Thanks!

  • Where can I buy this?

  • I just bought this motherboard and hooked it up. however, there is no video output going from my video card to my monitor. everything else seems to be running fine. Anyone have and idea as to why this is?

  • @tictac4949 RMA

  • Can someone tell me how many fan headers there are on this Motherboard? :)

  • I wonder why the cpu cooler at 1:41 had aluminum heat pipes, when copper transfers heat more effectively?

  • @jjd721 I'd like to have a Silver heat sink, now that would be some awsome cooling.

  • screw one video card id like to stick Crossfirex/SLI video cards in there really long ones... ;)

  • im buying this motherboard

  • a zeus?

  • "SABRETOOTH" ;)

  • uniqure styling, tuf, all that crap is to jack the price up. Does this board overheat? thats my concern im buying 1 tomorrow, and i dont know if i should buy AMD or intel

  • @Liquadia1 intel i5 2500k if your on a budget, best bang for your buck processor.

  • @iThatGamer bought the i7 2600k

  • @iThatGamer well so far i have had No major issues from my pc using the P8P67 other than i cant stream a game as well as play it. My quad core 6600 dont a better job, and what i found is disabling Hyperthreading does the trick, or tell the streamsoftware LiveStream to use another core and works, but there is a bottle neck and i have no idea what it is.

Game wise seems fine but once you stream the game online u have had it

  • Is it true that it have trouble coming out of sleep mode?

  • MADE IN CHINA ! Does anybody else make mobo anymore?

  • @teamlaguna Hey, ASUS has a record for high-quality components. I think they're actually Taiwanese. Being made in China doesn't make something inferior; in fact, they surely have beautiful manufacturing facilities.

  • @Tasuret So, tell me what is made in China that is not JUNK? I am sure China has some beautiful manufacturing facilities , worked with child labors making $5.00 a month... Paid for buy the USA.

  • @teamlaguna ASUS, Apple, Intel and AMD, Huawei, HTC, nVidia... China does a ton of manufacturing. I'm sure that everything you own has some component that was made in China. Or is there nothing I can say to change your mind? I'm sure you have no kind feelings for Sino-Americans, or Chinese people in general, and you probably think they're on the same level as your average nigger. I doubt I have anything else to say here that wouldn't rush over your head.

  • you have 8 pin power here.................

  • On the "thermal armor" where the hole is next to the top pci express 1x slot can a fan go there and if so what size

  • @sardo97 a fan goes there to pump air into the chamber. Its a small 50mm fan and i think ASUS should just include it in the board itself because there only a few dollars.

  • i didnt see any fan connectors :S

  • hey ,

thank you for showing the MOBO .

    but i have a question .

i have read in a other review , that the powerbutton and reset button arent on the board ?

i think this is noncens .

can you tell me if those pins are on the board ?

    ty

  • @petervisser1001 dude the actual buttons arent on it, like on the mid end msi boards and high end asus boards they have actual buttons like :ON - RESET - OC, so ofcourse it has the headers and pins but not the actual buttons

  • @saramhussain k , that was i wondering about , ty .

  • I take it that this mother board will fit all CPU fans, and water coolers like the H20 920 CPU cooler??

  • Should i choose the P8P67 B3 or the Sabertooth?

  • Im going to put some more ram in the expansion slot... also this thing makes the case look nice and cleane

  • nice review.. not

  • I heard people having trouble with the bios and the battery being under all of that crap :S

  • Is the 50 mm fan necessary for cooling the Northbridge ?

  • What if we don't use a cooler that blow air to the mobo? Will it over heat?

  • i don't know witch to choose ASUS sabertooth p67 or Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD5

  • his fags prettier than my bitch

  • Idk how I feel about that "thermal vest" on the board. I feel like it will restrict airflow. Also, any time you want to reset the cmos you have to take that off because the battery is under it. I thought it would have been under that little square cuttout but it wasn't.... Hmm...

  • @snake10566 These board use the new EFI BIOS so reseting would be done with out touching the battery.

  • Does p67 limit number of pci-e 16/8 on board

  • Hot motherboard. I like to stick my long video card to it.

  • @xg3000 hey what you get up to in your own time is entirely up to you....!!

  • Sorry if somebody else asked this, but what is the name of the cooler you showed off early in the video?

  • @Shadar22 No problem :) It's the Noctua NH-C14 CPU cooler

  • Is the cover really necessary? If so then what case should it fit with? I'm going to build an extreme gaming pc by my own. So that's why i wonder and is a Corsair 750 Watt PSU enough with this motherboard but the B3 version (don't know the difference), Intel Core i7 2600K 3,4GHz and Zotac Geforce 580 GTX 1,5 GB?

By the way nice review of the motherboard even tough i'm going to buy the Asus Sabertooth P67 B3 motherboard.

  • @tobjan94 The cover makes a good airflow. So it cool's better. I love this, and for my pc, that I'm building now, I will get this. I have 750 w on mine, it's the GPU that will take most. Apart from the GPU, we are building simular pc! Hehe!

Sorry my bad spelling, not my first langage!

  • @PcycoGirl :) good luck to your building ^^

  • Asus, that is

  • Although I don't say it the way he does, I have seen the ad he mentioned, and he is saying it correctly.

  • made in china

  • oh my, ur review is soooo boring.. i can't hear what u are talking about...

  • Sorry... but I cant stand someone not pronouncing asus correctly... it's pronounced Ay-zeus, Ay like Hey without the H and sus like Zeus.

  • thanks very good video

  • @Mrose330 *SIGH*.... another who hasn't listened properly and leaves idiotic comments. In the video Dave mentions it is 1155 SOCKET... but takes 1156 CPU COOLERS too - because if you knew your stuff, socket 1155 and 1156 mounting alignment is actually the same. A HUGE thumbs down to your intelligence.

  • @VortezReviews Going by your analysis, do you consider death people to have less intellegence?

  • @mrdanengland Do you mean 'deaf' ? If you do, what are you referring to?

  • Don't you think with this design it'll easily collect dust? and maybe even hard to clean out

  • Omg - muppet - where did u learn how to pronounce Asus?

  • @DanTechLabs search for "ASUS Pronunciation" and then we'll see who the muppet is?

  • @DanTechLabs Also try YouTube searching: "ASUS Commercial". I suggest next time, before you go out into the public domain to call someone a muppet you do a little research...

  • @DanTechLabs lol idiot

  • IM SO BUYING THIS BOARD!!

im also gonna buy a Core I5 2500K

and then cool it with ma Corsair H50 its gonna be cooled good!

  • You have the most irritating voice in the world.

  • @Jimmazeify I suggest you take a more optimistic approach on life rather than complain all the time. It's not good for your health.

  • @Helios1234p

Yeah im optimistic there will be improvements. In the highly unforeseeable long run.

The improvement is probably the end of such videos.

  • All P67 and H67 motherboards are broken! Because of Intel design them wrong. New motherboards are coming in April/May. This cost 700 million dollars for Intel. :'(

  • @weeq326

    There's only a 10% - 15% chance of that, actually.

    Unless my sources were wrong.

  • @EnDZYm3 Yeah. Actually they said that there is only 5% change that SATA 3 Gb/s ports are going to slow down, but 6 Gb/s are not. So as long as you use 6gb/s ports, you have nothing to worried about.

  • @weeq326 lol WRONG

the boards are already being shipped back to the shops that since 14 feb

the boards are comming back in march so no waiting to april/may!

  • @klote2314 Excellent! They first said that the boards are coming in april/may, but this is much better! Sooner is better than later! xD

  • this is a ***preview*** not a review

  • How about dust? Can dust get between the plastic plate and the motherboard?

  • Please publish how board looks underneath

  • I think the fan is 50mm, not 70mm?

  • I dislike this board over the x58 model.

  • nice vid, cannot believe you don't get a usb 3 connector at that price. was wondering , the 70mm fan bracket is it for if you will be water cooling or just dual video cards, and will it get enough air if atm you have like 4 120mm fans pulling air in through rads ?

  • Nice mobo. im gonna pair this with a core i5 2500 :P

  • Video starts @ 2:24 I hate fail intro's....

  • like your camera angles very good

  • that is a unboxing, cool

  • I wouldnt really say this video is a review.... theres no test numbers

  • @Jaywed Why isn't it a video review? It's a physical review of a product showing you the features and visual hands on experience. Graphs aren't suitable for posting on videos - hence the articles on our website. The Sabertooth like all other video reviews will have an article on it very soon with these 'test numbers'.

  • @VortezReviews

Its more like an "unboxing" video imo by just going over the features. Its like going over a movie cast and calling it a movie "review". Its just misleading imo.

  • @VortezReviews It looks more like a preview then a review.

  • is the air flow gonna improve with that plastic cover

  • @urheadg0ne Check out the full review - its now online and within the description ;)

  • @urheadg0ne the whole point of the plastic cover is so that it shunts away heat thru special vents and it prevents external heat

  • Looks like an interesting board. Besides using a downdraft cooler, it looks like the removeable cover on the center could support a 40mm fan which could cool the components underneath the shield.

  • Omg - Your going to have to remove 12 screws to replace the c-mos battery if the situation every comes up and what it's already in a case and the battery dies.

Still Love Asus though, but they may have to rethink some of the issues with this board.

  • I can't decided with this and the P8P67 Pro. Is it really worth the extra £30?

  • @Typhoon10UK Take a look @ the P8P67 review on our website - the Sabertooth will be benchmarked tomorrow so the full review will follow very soon. If you check back then, should have a good idea about how these two boards compare! Hope this helps.

  • @VortezReviews Thanks dude. Looking forward to it. :)

  • it would be good to see temperature test with and without the thermal vest to see if it actually works or if its just a gimmick

  • It's sabertooth.

  • @OldEnoughVick Fixed :P TY
