@Inmyownleague Under SOPA, it's "OK" to shut down websites under the pretext of copyright violations. Currently software like CIQ installed in many phones operating systems allow for spying. The FBI has used it. The FBI director recently testified in congress that they do not do it, but the CEO of the company in an interview stated that one of their main clients requesting information was them. But I'm sure our govt would never misuse this ....
