As far as men paying for children now a days. I wanted to point out true victorian ways was for men to become educated and be dedicated to work and find a profession that required a degree. Now many men are lazy...some may have lower degrees but choose to drink, continue sowing their oats and become liabilities by drinking and driving. Even IF the divorce does occur (many women do not want to divorce STILL because of the stigma attached) and children are involved usually women hardly c a cent.

The only men that get screwed over in court are the ones that allow it. I know someone who finished him divorce through the whole thing I told him no that isn't fair, you need to do this and then do this. He was too lazy to do it and got screwed big time! He just settled for EVERYTHING she demanded. Now I know of another case, recently, where a women was too generous! It is such a sick case. This man is dilusional. Hardly any assets and she pretty much offered him her soul & he asked for more!

Nowadays it's practically reversed with the courts giving women everything, and forcing men to pay through the nose until their death. Something that I think is grossly unfair; I mean, it seems like feminists want to have the cake and devour it also.

yes but thats because he has to pay for the children. I thought you only had to pay if there were children involved or damage done upon the exspouse. and women are still not treated fairly in big corporations. The scales have been thrown from the heavily favored men and now they are swaying towards women but it will balance in time just give it time to steady.
