Can you put the phone on vibrate from that volume rocker on the side? Like the old Motorola phones. Because I really like the "hold" button on the iPhone that lets you put it on silent quickly.

I find your reviews really helpful. I finally decided that this is the phone I wanted, and watching your videos really helps figure out what I'm in store for. Right now I have a crappy Samsung phone that's about 20 bucks... it was nice but it glitches out a lot... it also can't seem to keep up with my texts, ANYWHO... I have never used Apps on a phone before, is it hard to find them and download them to your phone?

This will be the case I would be buying once I get my Captivate. You need another screen protector because I see a giant lint sandwiched and some normal air bubbles.

I got the clear Incipio hard case because they were out of the Body Glove case at the one (of three) AT&T stores which even carry it.

Anyway, the only thing I like about the hard case it that the volume and power buttons are somewhat recessed so that when I hand my phone to someone they don't hit the buttons by mistake. How well does the BG case work in this regard? Are they recessed?

i got the clear hard case (2 piece) and its works really well... this one is probably better bc on mine its hard to get the charger all the way in, w/ that one it'd work

thanks man, how are you liking the captivate so far? the one thing i dont like is that the battery doesnt seem to last more than a day. but i still might get this phone and case.

@Th3ron3 I have had this phone for about two weeks now and I love it! You can even get the insurance on it for only 4.50 per month. All updates are free and there are a ton of apps that are free. This phone will do well in sales. The body glove case is the best out so far. Otterbox may make one after a while.

@lmjames33 Yeah my mom got it and likes it. i love the swipe to text feature. the only thing i dont like about it is how the on/off button is on the side and theres no like home button on the screen to turn it on. i have the old iphone so thats why i bring it up. it would be hard to lose a small feature like that so im still waiting to see if att recieves any other andriod phones i may also like.
