Quick question. How did this routine work for you, did you get good strength gains from it? I am new to powerlifting routines and wanted to ask someone who has actually went through it, how he felt about it.
Any help would be much appreciated - shout out from Scotland!
Keep your elbows down more. Take a lower bar position. I had the same problem and just fixed it recently

@craigletham Thanks! This work is only technique, little strength. This is excellet for beginners. For strength uses russian work (es. Sheiko).
