I'm thinking New Orleans; and currently seeking an alternate acceptation with perhaps a deeper point. At least the Chorus sounds to me a reference to New Orleans. Season of the Storms; the irony of the cleansing--floods of the hurricanes; but the rest of it has a religious implication. There has got to be a stronger meaning here, and I'm missing it.

I'm thinking New Orleans; and currently seeking an alternate acceptation with perhaps a deeper point. At least the Chorus sounds to me a reference to New Orleans. Season of the Storms; the irony of the cleansing--floods of the hurricanes; but the rest of it has a religious implication. There has got to be a stronger meaning here, and I'm missing it.
