I'm assuming you use a condom because I have found out that even if the other person has HIV you can get another strand of it which makes HIV harder to treat. People that say it's a gay disease are ignorant because world wide, heterosexuals make up the majority, I do have a question though. The meds slow down th progression but does it stop from going into late stage HIV?
