this looks like a great product however it is very expensive and much more work than I would be willing to do. I have been taking a weight loss supplement that is as easy as taking just one pill daily. It cost half the price of this. It's all natural and I noticed immediate results.

@LaSerpentaCanta Good observation. Part of it is due to being over weight. Hopefully her program is working, and thus she's losing some. Also, I *think* she still smokes, but am not sure. That also can be part of the cause. Good demonstration-- good luck with it, Kirstie. For those who *really* want to change your life, also Join Weight Watchers. I've lost 100 pounds with that. :)

I stumbled on and am watching this video & I have no idea what this is for. The drink looks nice...but it might be a good idea to always explain what this is for at the beginning of each video. Maybe something like "As u know, I've been losing weight with this tasty drink..." etc.

I dunno, just some thoughts I wanted to share. I'm no expert, that's fer sure! ;-p
