I would do C - Bypass CO and report to HQ, BUT I'd go back to him again first and if his response was the same, I'd inform him that I felt obligated to go over his head.

Chain of command is important and shouldn't be broken lightly.

Tell the reporters that some of these men are curupt and giving off supplies to the enemy after we give it to them and bypass platoon commander and report straight to the HQ command.Now action must be taken by HQ or plt command and fire or detain those crooked bastards

@Scipiii If anyone found out it was you, that would mean you'd be punish and/or demoted. As a Flight Commander in cadets (Flight Sergeant), the best thing to prob. do is say nothing and direct them to the chain of command. It is made for situations kinda like this but for other reasons as well.
