  • Is that a picture of the USA LP or the Japanese CD re-issue?

  • "Blub-blub-blub-blub-blub..."

  • Besides Leslie's wonderful performance, and the amazing music here, I always loved how the sea ghouls voices sounded with the gurgling mixed into the distorted dubbing of their voices, that always gave me the chills when i was younger, Still does :/

  • I don't know why I like this music so much, but it's my favorite musical piece in the entire film.

  • @razorblade530 same here i think. Close call with the crate :)

  • classic

  • Anyone know the name of the additional music playing whilst Leslie Neilson is examining beach following the drowning of Harry and his lady fare??? It's not Goblin. A lot of it sounds as if it is from classic horror films. It has a Bernard Hermann tone.

  • I think of this song every time I bury someone in the sand neck deep until the tide comes in. They'll yell and scream, but it doesn't block out this song in my head.

  • Leslie Nelson and Peter Graves die within a year of each other. Who would of thought it? These two could have passed for brothers almost. They were nearly the same age and had interesting Hollywood careers.

  • wow i hear camptown races

  • R.I.P Leslie Nielsen damn, this movie had a lot of great actors in it.

plus one is in black ops

  • It's showtime!

  • /user/GanjaClown?feature=mhum#p/u/10/7GkbjXYpIps

  • I can hold my breath for a looooooooonnng time!

  • "Gotta hold your breath there Harry, gotta hold your breath."

  • The typical Synthie-Soundtracks of the 1980's horrormovies are legendary!!!

    I love it :)

  • It's a shame we lost this funny man.

  • R.I.P Leslie Nielsen.

  • RIP Leslie Nielsen...

  • R.I.P Leslie Neilsen

  • The movie recently came out on blu-ray for like 10 bucks. Saw it at Best Buy the other day. Gotta get it.

    "Iiiiiiits SHOWTIIIIIIIME!!!!"

  • Uuuunkind Harry! Unkind!

  • I love the way you can hear elements of the main theme throughout the movie but just intertwined in the themes of each separate story.

  • @ludwigvan17 Me too. It's really cool how the very same piano theme that plays at the beginning of this track plays at the very end of the Father's Day segment as well. John Harrison is a total genius.

  • @TheAltair4 Oh, wow, good ear. I just checked that out to see what you meant and you're right. And, like I said, that theme is also the basic pattern that's heard throughout the opening track.

I'm studying composition and hope to score films one day and, recently, I've been listening to this soundtrack everyday just trying to soak it in. I agree, John

    Harrison is a genius.

  • @ArmchairMessiah Wow, that was pretty unusual. Beautiful though. How is the movie?

  • @TheAltair4 I don't know if you saw this but one of the comments on this page pointed out that the theme for "Something to Tide You Over" is actually a menacing variation of "Camptown Races".

  • @ludwigvan17 Yeah, but i've known that for a long time. Creepshow is my favorite horror movie of all time, after all. lol.

  • @TheAltair4 Yerp.

  • from 2:03 to 4:00 is WONDERFULLY evil always loved this thank you for upload

  • Come on Harry, the lady fair is waiting for her knight in shining corduroy.

  • Ahhh Richard. WIth his "Comfy Lion" sweater & Dog whistle necklace...

  • You've gotta hold your breath there, Harry. You've gotta hold your breath!

  • "White Meat, dark meat, all will be carved..."

  • We dug a hole for you richard, on the beach below th high tide line.

  • The darkest version of, "Camptown Races," you'll ever hear, guaranteed.

  • @NinjaGhostScorpion Absolutely!!

  • @NinjaGhostScorpion

Yeah. I just don't get it, why camptown races?

  • @Jcolinsol Because it was the song that loony Richard (Leslie Nielsen) loved whistling in that story.

  • best theme from creepshow fer sure

  • @justburnitdown Totally agree! So morbid and dark, I love it. 8)

  • EPIC.

  • @JimmyWilson01 Who knew Leslie Nielsen could do horror so well??

  • @deepfriedtnecks He better in this then the orignial Prom Night with Jamie Lee Curtis.

  • " You can't shoot us dead Richard because we're already dead."

  • this ones slightly better than the first track ; P

  • I love the soundtracks on horror movies in the 80's, nowadays they just tack heavy metal on the soundtrack and call it a day.

  • darkbosh, I am with you 100%. Scores and soundtracks today are nothing like they were a couple decades ago...Pop music and tired old orchestra music. That's all there is today, the exception maybe being GRINDHOUSE, and I applaud them for that.

  • I wonder how many movies use "Down with the Sickness" at some point....

  • I didn't expect to find this so easily! Thanx so much for sharing. This is great.

  • I really like how the music becomes so tragic and melancholy at 3:43. It perfectly captures the sense of hopelessness and doom for Ted Danson's character in the scene from the film.

  • My thoughts exactly, especially of him watching Becky drown

  • hey delta burn in hell tehct

  • hey central intelligent agency when are you cowards gonna tell me about you blowing humans away at rent a center lees summit mo

  • every composer with the name John is amazing, John Murphy, John Williams, John Harrison (especially Harrison)

  • 2:04!!!! Love it!!!!! scare the piss outta ya!

  • An interesting tidit..the tune through most of this track is a sinister version of "Camptown Races."

  • finally someone noticed

  • Theres this guy I hate who used to hover around my girlfriend and he really used to piss me off, and the other week I watched this... (Ive seen the film a milion times before) and a day later I had a sleep and I driftly dreamed of a zombie-fied version of me and my girlfriend scaring the shit out of him one night... :P

  • Leslie Nielsen was really terrific in this episode !!!

    An ingegnous murder !!

  • ¨You can shoot us dead Richard.... Because we allready death....

We want to see you you richard

We want to see you you richard

  • "It's SHOWTIME...!"

  • Great segment. Really enjoyed Leslie Nielsen in a rare 'serious' role.

  • The music starting at 2:02 is incredibly eerie. Perfect "drowning music".
