Oh dear. I'm sorry. This is a bastardization of the Vertebrats' original. I give her credit for choosing a great song to cover, but she really screwed it up.

NO WHERE near as good as the original. In Fact this recording misses the poetry and the point entirly compared to the original by the Vertebrats.

The Courtney fans have given you a thumbs down, but I think you're absolutely right. She shows good taste in covering it (and I hope it got the Vertebrats some royalties), but it's not a patch on the original. Sorry, folks.
