After watching the end of today's ep, WOW, CC is amazing, and Natalia is the saddest bride I've ever seen!
It's going to be Buzz... he totally pegged Liv for sacrificing herself for Natalia and even put Frank to the same test, which as usual, he failed. His ignorant admission regarding Olivia helping him the entire time just rocked Natalia & he didn't even notice. I mean, sure, the key to a strong marriage is pretending to be someone you aren't. Sorry Frank, you just aren't Olivia.

I think this shows the depth that Olivia loves Nat, by willing to step aside. But, having said that, I think Olivia should not sell herself short either. Shouldn't Nat determine what she deserves? I appreciate Olivia falling on the sword, but she is making a decision that should be made by both of them.

I also agree the writers and actors are absolutely fantastic. As someone who has gone through this, their depiction of this love story is so realistic it takes me back. I ran at first, too.
This is by far the best storyline I have ever seen, daytime or primetime. Gay, straight... it doesn't matter. It's just a love story and the actors pull it off beautifully.
I completely agree. What N is going through is so real. And as sad as it sounds, she may still marry him because that's what she thinks she HAS to do. I think we've all been there one way or another. I just love how this storyline really focused on the religion aspect of it....LOVE IT!

And while Liv is sacrificing her feelings to try and make Nat happy, she isn't really being that good of a friend to her and looking out for her best interest.
Nat told Liv she didn't love Frank, and getting married isn't the right thing for Natalia right now, regardless of Olivia. It's one thing to remove yourself from the situation, but Liv is pushing her way too hard into this sham of a marriage.
I don't think O is pusing N at all....she's just giving her advice. N was the one who agreed to marry F, she's the one who rushed the wedding date, etc. In today's episode she continues her insistance on going through with it. And I agree, poor F, but today's episode may change your mind -he was not listening to Buzz who was bringing up the fact that N is not thinking of herself, but merely thinking of others and all F could say was "what about me and our family, we deserve a happy marriage".
BUZZ..let Buzz do it. He knows Olivia since they have been good friends...maybe he overhears Doris and Olivia talking and decides to speak up once he gets confirmation of how Liv feels!!

I hope it isn't Natalia that leaves Frank at the altar...just seems cruel of natalia since frank is a good guy...even Liv htinks so. I hope it's Doris or Rafe or Emma or even Frank himself. Maybe someone catches them looking at each other. I think it will be Doris. THere has to be some reason SHE is doing the ceremony and that Father Ray somehow is not. Frank is dense for sure for not seeing how his love is in love with someone else but he's not an ass that deserves to be dumped at the alter.
I think at this point, Nat is just scared stupid. I've been there myself and it can be a big hurdle at first.
That being said, there are enough people in that town that have heard Liv pouring her heart out about Nat and can see the connection between them, that someone else will stop the wedding. Anyone paying attention can see Nat's running away out of fear.

After watching the end of today's ep, WOW, CC is amazing, and Natalia is the saddest bride I've ever seen!
It's going to be Buzz... he totally pegged Liv for sacrificing herself for Natalia and even put Frank to the same test, which as usual, he failed. His ignorant admission regarding Olivia helping him the entire time just rocked Natalia & he didn't even notice. I mean, sure, the key to a strong marriage is pretending to be someone you aren't. Sorry Frank, you just aren't Olivia.

wow i just watched the cemetery scene on tvu and OMG the whole scene is OVERWHELMING. The way CC screams at Natalia "I'm in love with you!" just breaks my heart. Damn sthg good has got to happen between these 2, u can't just leave Olivia like that. Otalia deserves to be HAPPY!!!

Wow, just...WOW...Let me just say I've watched many soaps from Passions to All My Children to General Hospital and honestly I've never been so taken aback by acting, story telling, and pure chemistry before until this storyline came along...This is some stellar acting!!! They just know how to tear your heart out. What an amazing episode today.

I think this shows the depth that Olivia loves Nat, by willing to step aside. But, having said that, I think Olivia should not sell herself short either. Shouldn't Nat determine what she deserves? I appreciate Olivia falling on the sword, but she is making a decision that should be made by both of them.
Ugh...this is where living in Alaska sucks, cause I won't get to today's episode until I get home from work tonight.....this is going to be a long day.

My questions are about JL maternity leave. She has about 4 more weeks until probably goes & they shoot 4 weeks ahead so we will get about 8 weeks of Otalia before her leave.wonder where they will go in 8 weeks. If u read the spoilers it could be VERY slow going until any actual physical manifestation...although didn't CC say that there is a kiss around the wedding..must have been bill and lizzies wedding?????

I also agree the writers and actors are absolutely fantastic. As someone who has gone through this, their depiction of this love story is so realistic it takes me back. I ran at first, too.
This is by far the best storyline I have ever seen, daytime or primetime. Gay, straight... it doesn't matter. It's just a love story and the actors pull it off beautifully.

I completely agree. What N is going through is so real. And as sad as it sounds, she may still marry him because that's what she thinks she HAS to do. I think we've all been there one way or another. I just love how this storyline really focused on the religion aspect of it....LOVE IT!

Agreed... Frank is a tool, but doesn't deserve to be strung along like this.
And while Liv is sacrificing her feelings to try and make Nat happy, she isn't really being that good of a friend to her and looking out for her best interest.
Nat told Liv she didn't love Frank, and getting married isn't the right thing for Natalia right now, regardless of Olivia. It's one thing to remove yourself from the situation, but Liv is pushing her way too hard into this sham of a marriage.

I don't think O is pusing N at all....she's just giving her advice. N was the one who agreed to marry F, she's the one who rushed the wedding date, etc. In today's episode she continues her insistance on going through with it. And I agree, poor F, but today's episode may change your mind -he was not listening to Buzz who was bringing up the fact that N is not thinking of herself, but merely thinking of others and all F could say was "what about me and our family, we deserve a happy marriage".

I hope it isn't Natalia that leaves Frank at the altar...just seems cruel of natalia since frank is a good guy...even Liv htinks so. I hope it's Doris or Rafe or Emma or even Frank himself. Maybe someone catches them looking at each other. I think it will be Doris. THere has to be some reason SHE is doing the ceremony and that Father Ray somehow is not. Frank is dense for sure for not seeing how his love is in love with someone else but he's not an ass that deserves to be dumped at the alter.

I think at this point, Nat is just scared stupid. I've been there myself and it can be a big hurdle at first.
That being said, there are enough people in that town that have heard Liv pouring her heart out about Nat and can see the connection between them, that someone else will stop the wedding. Anyone paying attention can see Nat's running away out of fear.
Buzz... Doris... Father Ray... Jeffrey... Rafe... Emma... Phillip... Bill... pretty much EVERYONE but Frank! Take your pick!

I think it's because Olivia thinks that because of Nat religious views, the kind of life and love she'd give her wouldn't fit into Natalia's view... but that's where Olivia is wrong. I think Natalia's going to figure it out as well. That the life she thought she wanted isn't at all what she wants or needs. Olivia has grown SO MUCH and it's amazing to see her willingness to give up the one person she wants to make her happy. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G W-R-I-T-I-N-G!

Argh!! I can see how this storyline will be dragged on longer....picture this: N marries F, O & E move back to the Beacon. O starts trying to date men and/or women and N starts getting jealous. N starts spending more time at the Beacon that at home with F. F starts to see what he hasn't seen ALL THIS TIME! N starts to pursue O and even becomes more aggressive....while I hate this, it makes for good soap....ARGH!
