well...its been a long time...if i remember correctly i had the layer of video with whole footage with scratches and junk filter on it. then on top of that layer i had random frames bliking to add the chaos. hope that helps. good luck.

I just remembered something, the top layer is also transparent and its the same soccer footage with a negative filter type thing applied to it. thats what makes the bluish tint
