i love pitbulls.i have a blue pitbull female name bella and she gets along fine with my sable german shepherd and my siamese lynx point cat.i hate ignorant people who judge all pitbulls the same.i had mine eversince she was a tiny pup.she is now one years old.she wasn't allowed in the apartment where i used to stay,so i moved so i can keep her.now i'm in a house.much happier here than in that tiny apartment.

When I took my female pit, Dolly Pitton to the pet store when she was 4 months old an older lady was petting her and pretty much making out with her :) she asked how old she was and if she was a lab and when I answered that she was a pitbull she jump 2feet back as if my dog would suddenly attack her. It really did brake my heart, I love my dog more than anything and to see a grown woman do a thing like that it actually made me leave the store in tears.
@caroline7dava We've gotten that reaction before. The best thing we can do to people like the lady in the pet store is you educate them. It's really a shame these wonderful dogs are so misunderstood.
@caroline7dava I had the same thing happen with our girl Charlie when she was just 12 weeks old...except the person making out with my dog was a man. As soon as he heard she was an APBT, he jumped back. Charlie was so tiny & this man acted like a fool. As much as I try to educate people about APBTs, some people are just ignorant & can't be helped. @caroline7dava Unfortunately that is the reaction you meet in a lot of places. It is such a crying shame. My Pitt Georgia is a lot more likely to love someone to death than to hurt a fly, whereas my Chihuahuas thank goodness ain't bigger than they are because they would hurt some if they could.
I owned a Pit from the time she was 10 wks to 11 months and we got VERY attached to each other, she would watch my every move and listen to everything I told her. My family is in the army and when we moved on post (or "base") I had to give her up. I miss her terribly. Pits are THE most loyal breed of dogs out there and it's a shame there r such ignorant people. How can people who don't know ANYTHING about dogs make such foolish rules?! Zoey is terribly missed and will ALWAYS have my heart

Dogs are only what the masters/owners either teach them or allow them to be,when allowed to be boss with no training all dogs become aggressive,some more so than other's.
And yes the government is trying to get rid of all animals.90 to 100% of our pets are used for experiments then if they live they are re-sold if not they are whats called humanely killed(sad)

Wonderful video.. I think the animals are beautiful. BUT I have seen what they can do. My mother's, very old, lab mix was ripped to shreads when two PB jumped three fences to get to him. A mother dog and father dog. What if this had been my mom?? Can't risk bringing such a dog into my home. My childrens safety means more than saving an animal.

I had a red nose pit named Joker given to me and all was cool he got along with my 14 year old husky sheppard mix, and even my cats(they took a while to get use to himbut they did)and shortly after we had him a neighbor called the rental office and said the dog made them scared to let there child play outside. my land lord said I had to find him a new home or find my self with no home.
so a friend of mine got him a home in the country.
the neighbor said she was but it was just out of spite she had got pissed at me cause i wouldnt babysit for her at 1 am so her and her husband could go out.
but the landlord will not let us have him because they say the insurance they have would drop them if we kept him. that crap to i think.

My pit was euthinized today after five or six of years of love(8/9 yrs old) and goddamn it hurts.But everyone wa either scared or in love with her.She was just a lap dog.
Everytime when i see this video i start crying cuz our old pit bull was 13 years old and we got him since he was 2 1/2 half years old when he choosed us. The years before he made dogfights, but then he came to us. I Realy Miss him. But he died in sleep at our home by a Doc. He looked so peacefull and happy when he felt into his last sleep....
The only thing better than owning a Pit Bull is rescuing a Pit Bull from an animal shelter. By doing so you are saving a Pit Bull's life and giving an amazing animal/companion a second chance. Please Please Please look into Pit Bull rescue before you purchase one from a breeder. I Promise you that if you make the choice to rescue you will NOT regret it and I promise you that there is no dog that will love you more than a rescued dog.

there such good doggs my 1st pit we lost him at 12 years of cancer in the back of the legs. the 2nd pitbull we adopted and she and him were the best of doggs, i love'em so much.. we lost her to cancer 3 years ago, and now to this day i took in this white male pitbull named kilo about 9 months ago and now he's about to turn 2 this month on 420 which we will all celebrate with him i love all my pitbulls...
I have lost my 11 year old pit bull to bone cancer in January. I have never known such a kind dog as he was. He loved all people and all animals. How nice to see this lovely video represent the true side of pit bulls. When I am ready for another dog, I will definitely adopt another homeless pit bull. What a wonderful breed!

I have 5 rescued Pits-all former fighters and last summer my 7 year old son got 22 stitches in his head from a dog bite-it was a beagle that did it in a public park-the owner didn't have the dog on a leash and my son was running to the swings and the beagle came right for him and tackled him-The breed has NOTHING to do with it-humans are to blame-You can make ANY dog nasty

I used to work for a Vet and the number one dog we had to muzzle was a Chihuahua...go figure. We love our pits and would not trade them for anything!

My yorkie is more human and dog agressive then any Pit bull Ive ever come in contact with. And all she does is bark everynow and again. Depending on the person.. :P

Yes there is a difference between animals and humans dear.
Animals have no choice!
Same as children....the apex predator is the one to blame.
Never saw a pit in a nazi uniform!
But there are breed nazis same type of humans that cause harm to humans do so to animals.Think about it!
I never tolerate a human aggressive animal any breed...they are humanely put to sleep.
But I've seen very few well-bred A.P.B.T.s that were human agressive.
Not in their nature.

Wonderful video.. I think the animals are beautiful. BUT I have seen what they can do. My mother's, very old, lab mix was ripped to shreads when two PB jumped three fences to get to him. A mother dog and father dog. What if this had been my mom?? Can't risk bringing such a dog into my home. My childrens safety means more than saving an animal.

Pits are great.
I had a red nose pit named Joker given to me and all was cool he got along with my 14 year old husky sheppard mix, and even my cats(they took a while to get use to himbut they did)and shortly after we had him a neighbor called the rental office and said the dog made them scared to let there child play outside. my land lord said I had to find him a new home or find my self with no home.
so a friend of mine got him a home in the country.

the neighbor said she was but it was just out of spite she had got pissed at me cause i wouldnt babysit for her at 1 am so her and her husband could go out.
but the landlord will not let us have him because they say the insurance they have would drop them if we kept him. that crap to i think.

My pit was euthinized today after five or six of years of love(8/9 yrs old) and goddamn it hurts.But everyone wa either scared or in love with her.She was just a lap dog.

Everytime when i see this video i start crying cuz our old pit bull was 13 years old and we got him since he was 2 1/2 half years old when he choosed us. The years before he made dogfights, but then he came to us. I Realy Miss him. But he died in sleep at our home by a Doc. He looked so peacefull and happy when he felt into his last sleep....

The only thing better than owning a Pit Bull is rescuing a Pit Bull from an animal shelter. By doing so you are saving a Pit Bull's life and giving an amazing animal/companion a second chance. Please Please Please look into Pit Bull rescue before you purchase one from a breeder. I Promise you that if you make the choice to rescue you will NOT regret it and I promise you that there is no dog that will love you more than a rescued dog.

I really want my dog's picture in this video! She is so sweet but folks are so afraid of her. She is white and looks like Petey. She is a delicate little flower and it always surprises me that folks are afraid of her.

there such good doggs my 1st pit we lost him at 12 years of cancer in the back of the legs. the 2nd pitbull we adopted and she and him were the best of doggs, i love'em so much.. we lost her to cancer 3 years ago, and now to this day i took in this white male pitbull named kilo about 9 months ago and now he's about to turn 2 this month on 420 which we will all celebrate with him i love all my pitbulls...

I have lost my 11 year old pit bull to bone cancer in January. I have never known such a kind dog as he was. He loved all people and all animals. How nice to see this lovely video represent the true side of pit bulls. When I am ready for another dog, I will definitely adopt another homeless pit bull. What a wonderful breed!

My pitbull is nine, and has a tumor that could possibly be cancer. So this Monday we are putting her down. She is such a soft hearted lug nut. I am going to miss her so much. =[

Having been bitten by a pit Bull yesterday believe me its a frightining experience.
Do I blame the breed --no.
But bottom line is you need to always be in control of these large strong animals because they are very unperdictable.

I have 5 rescued Pits-all former fighters and last summer my 7 year old son got 22 stitches in his head from a dog bite-it was a beagle that did it in a public park-the owner didn't have the dog on a leash and my son was running to the swings and the beagle came right for him and tackled him-The breed has NOTHING to do with it-humans are to blame-You can make ANY dog nasty

this is one of my favorite videos--I am a proud Mommy to 5 rescued pits-all of them were abused and in the ring--they put all that behind them now and they all sleep in bed with me every night and play together--its the best breed ever-most people can't come back from trauma and love again-but a pit can and I have proof
