No, *technically* only a handful of the HTC Touch Pros have been coming with Tomtom software preinstalled. What you're probably seeing here is a ripped or hacked copy.
It's still laggy. All the HTC phones that have tomtom on it have lag issues. When is HTC bring out a driver for their ATI Imageon chip so that this lag issue is solved. I'll never buy a HTC phone again...
i've had no performance issues with the Touch Diamond, and I come from a Kaiser, which had soe terrible video performance issues. Perhaps there's another underlying problem with Tomtom 6 and Qualcomm chipsets....

Certainly Tomtom 7 works fine.
