@niniabc2010 Here is a great website for measurement conversion: convert-me(dot)com/en/convert/cooking. You can say what ingredient you are measuring and it will convert it for you. FYI: I took the first 40 recipes on "The Cookie Jar" and did all the conversions for both metric & U.S. You can get it as a download on our website. Why didn't you just break the eggs into the small bowl then straight into the mixer lol. Not really any need for the medium bowl. I will definatly be trying this recipe, they look amazing!
