it's a fact that today we dont have islamic country with complete shari'ah law, or maybe exist shari'ah country but i dont know that. If shari'ah country dont exist that means not that somebody can judge with kufar laws. There are administration laws and jurisdiction laws. administration laws are not kufr but can be kufr sometimes but jurisdiction laws are always kufr and forbiden.

For example, where in the Qur'an does it suggest stoning ppl as a punishment? 2nd, because there is no true Islamic state we are to do as the Prophet(pbuh) did which is to obide by the laws of our land, as long as they do not conflict with Islam. Finally, I am judged by Allah(swt). To u be ur way, to me be mine and Allah will separate us in the end.
