Small tip for doing this boss.
During TBC if you positioned the boss 30 yards straight away from the door you wouldn't need to bother with the infernals.
This does mean that either you or the pet needs to stand with his back against the wall so the knockback doesn't effect you.
You just stand at the door and attack him without having to move
