@macnew4563 a huge storyline previous versions was just a beast look more into it supreme commander series is nothing to sneeze at each version has diffrences and issues like sup com 2 has a crappy single player but challanging ai and nice multiplayer and hud. this version was made for more people without the big rig computer as the past 2 versions needed so. they also cut down the tech's 1 2 &3

Hey game is running really fast! What kind of computer do you use because I use my laptop and its a Dual core Pentium processor with 4GB ram and Windows vista and runs pretty slow. I tried messing with the settings but my laptop had already set them to the lowest possible settings. What should I use because this laptop is pretty new and one of the latest

Laptops usually have integrated graphics cards, which are pretty terrible. Maybe that's your problem?

.... i was thinking ... the war with eachother went for 1000 years and the tools that were used neer the end were cuting edge (i.e titan, harbinger, loylist.ect) they were the best of a thousand years of war ... than 25 years pass after the end af a subsequent war with the seraphem and all the most advanced weapons disapear ... hmmm makes ya think...

Anyone have any idea how big an ACU would be in real life?

@LordOmnissiah You could get a rough estimate pretty easily. For example, the ACU's head is large enough to comfortably fit a human. Based on the size of a human, and the size of the head in relation to the rest of it, you could guess how tall it is.

@LordOmnissiah look at the trees, most of those are the same size, so picture a tree in a forest then compare it with a human, thats what i do XD

I know what you mean ("OMG are those little mechs actually shooting FROM the transport?!"), but just think about it this way; after 25 years of good ol' fashioned awesomeness, our favorite warring factions REALLY jump-started there technology, actually doing things that are sensible... Case in point, units disappearing into a transport is technically safer than letting their paint job get scratched by wind burns =)

@GamerWatcher to tell you the truth, i dont care about sensibility, when i played supcom 1/fa,(and total annihilation spring)i always went for the most bad ass way of blowing the shit out of my enemies( i was still strategic, i just ended with a overly dramatic bang!!)

Yep, it's pretty good. Bad if you wanted a game like the first Supreme Commander, but a pretty good RTS.
