用不鏽鋼會沾鍋,就是油不夠熱,熱鍋水分蒸發之後倒油,油要加溫2分鐘才可以放魚,這樣比較不沾鍋,還有要吃素戒殺,少結殺業

deep frying takes lots of oil, it's not a convening way to do it at home.
