@nitsuj1231 you can get them by completing missions. I think you can also by them from LEAF workers around the Steelhead base in Canada and in the Ren center in Millennium city. If you have VIP access to club caprice you get a refill of stars for free by doing the "15 Minutes" mission.
Do you still play? Hoarfrost is a pretty awesome character, I'd definitely love to team up with him sometime.

@TheFarmerboyproducti Its nothing like WoW. I personally think t hat CO is better than WoW in any way, but that depends on someone's taste.
