The jump ghost that was cancelled is actually fairly disturbing. Its one of the few scary looking ghosts. Also, the missing boss of the hunter sounds fairly unnerving. There should be a dark version made of Luigi's mansion that has the scarier beta stuff in it.

Well, I'm glad they removed the time limit. Makes the game possible to beat, and the overheat meter's removal made things easier, but how can the game over screen and fangs on the ghosts be too scary for young Mario fans?

I think Luigi looks like that in the game over screen because they stole his soul so now his soul is trap in the mansion like the other ghost so Luigi probably turned into a ghost and his body is now useless

Actually he wasn't going to turn into a zombie it was supposed to be that if he didn't save mario he would turn quote on quote 'depressed' and of course he would be happy if he saved him and very happy if he got a perfect.

I read in another video that in the beta version Luigi has to rescue Mario before dawn (that's why the GBH has a clock) or the mansion disappears with Mario inside it, and Luigi becomes depressed, which is why he looks like that in the Game Over screen. Either way it's just a little too creepy! O.o

You know, this game was suppose to be in the 64 but didn't because the 64 Console was already ending. Anyway, most of the pictures that were shown here should of been in the 'Hidden Mansion' and could be only access if you get an A. I know the beta vision would scare us at the time when Luigi's Mansion was released. But at this time, I think anyone can handle fear. If Nintendo were to make Luigi Mansion in the Wii (I don't think it will) then they should probably include these. I'm just saying.

1. This game was originally planned for the Nintendo 64, but due to time constraints, was moved to a newer system, Gamecube.

2. The game was originally going to be in 3D, but was scrapped when Nintendo thought it would be too much for the system to handle.

1 theres a picture of luigi in the safari room at 5:01 and apperintly there was supposed to be a boss ghost in there that was a safari hunter if you got any footage please send me a link to it cause i really wana see it i heard about it today and i wana see the ghost apperintly its scary

and 2 the picture at 6:14 is in the final version he does that when he gets a key or a gem i believe (i know for sure the key)

2: Yes, Luigi does that pose in the Final. This pose was originally going to be used when the Player beats the game and if he finished the game with a A Rank, Luigi would appear doing that pose. Of course this was later changed
