  • Are you 100% raw? Because I see that coocking fire. Or is it for thee? Or do you warm up soups and if so how do you do that so that they stay under 118°

  • This is an excellent video! It is encouraging to hear some validation that it is okay when your world does seem to be turning upside down. It is easy to hear others saying things like "Oh, my God, what are you doing to yourself- this isn't you! This isn't good!" and begin to question yourself and all the good things you are trying to do. It is so important to just stay centered and listen to that little voice deep inside and not all the external influences. So, thank you!

  • (continued) I love my fruits & veggies but I started consuming it more than any other food. I was having problems with my digestion. I was NEVER like this. I was always rushing to the bathroom. Couldn't go nowhere. etc. My family told me it was the way I was eating. I went back to the way I was eating which wasn't unhealthy anyway & slowly but surely Im feeling better. I was going out of mind & getting depressed. Choose what is best for YOU! vegan/vegetarian or not. Balanced is the key.

  • EVERYBODY is different. What will work for some won't work for others. Especially if you don't do it right. You must do what is right for your own body. Not what others are doing. You have to consider what your body can handle especially if you have low iron levels, digestive problems, if you have diseases, or ibs & suffering from diarrhea or constipation, age, if you're female or male cause that does matter too etc. I tried to change my diet & I went back.....

  • Veagan and Vegetarian diets are not good for you. Go to itunes and look up the podcasts for Primal Diet Primal Living. Listen to The Vegetarian Myth. There are help groups out there for Vegetarians and Veagans that can help you get back on track. We are Carniverous animals that evolved from eating meat. Our bodies cannot breakdown cellulose which protects the proteins in most vegetables. you cannot replace animal protein.

  • Hi, I fust found you on You Tube and think you have very interesting show! Anyway it is fun because you eat very similar to me. Am also raw vegan and eat little fat and was very allergic to Avocado, but in a different way than you. I always got this huge stomac pain, like not being able to digest this wonderful fat! Now I use one lime with one Avocado and I have no pain anymore. Maybe works for you too, keep your beautiful smile, LOVE Tatiana

    Perhaps because of being stressful due to college. Anyhow, I love being a vegan.. not to expensive.. I usually spend 100$ a week.. it's worth it...

  • Man, everyone who hears about what I do to keep myself up, says "we're all going to die anyway". These people do NOT get the point. I WANT to enjoy my life. I want to feel wonderful and experience everything in the most vibrant and lively way possible, with clarity and physical ease and comfort. Why is it so difficult for some people to see that health is wealth? Why do people only understand this when they're on their death bed from a debilitating/terminal disease?

  • @nikki4612 I've not heard of this before, I just wonder if you are getting enough calories. My nails are flexible and tough 1 year in.

    I have a question about the raw food diet, I am going to start tommorow, what about eating beans? lima beans (boiled), or lentils soup (boiled) would this contribute to the healthy diet

  • When I felt I had to change some things in my life, I needed about 2.5 years of solitude where I face all of my demons. It's weird going from "party girl in Berlin/Amsterdam" to completely locked away, but this just shows how big the NEED TO CHANGE was. I felt like I could not go on if things didn't change, and I had to put everything else on pause (or, ulteriorly, stop.) in order for me to think, plan, and start doing. it was a personal, inner Tiber, and raw foods were a part of this. <3

  • I can completely relate to this video. I'm 21, and I'm less than 50% raw but have undergone some major food changes, became vegetarian 3 years ago... I'm just taking it slowly but surely to let habits build up and make it lifelong.

    When I changed my diet I was able to THINK, I had the strength to make tough but good decisions, my grades excelled, my looks improved, I had more insight about life. I am still changing, it's like I can physically feel all the changes going on within me ment/emo

  • You are saying some really good stuff. I found a point in my life where I was being self-destructive and ever since I've became abstinent a year ago everything has changed. Things I thought I use to have in common with my friends, I don't anymore. I don't like to go to clubs and grind on guys. I don't like to drink at all anymore and it's been so aggravating to me how my friends didn't understand. You're right, positive changes cause more positive life choices. I'm subscribing:)

  • I started juicing and within a few days my depression and anxiety was gone! GONE! I WAS addicted to food also, and the funny thing is, I find myself craving kale when I don't have money to buy it that week! Bye Bye Chocolate, KALE is the new chocolate! hahaha

    I think nutrition makes a HUGE difference in your body chemistry. Also, when your body lacks something, it will crave what it feels it's missing. And when you're addicted to JUNK, it will CRAVE junk when you don't eat any!

  • people think I'm a nut and I'm not even a raw foodist (yet?). They really have no idea what is healthy. It amazes me how many people go through a lifetime of ignorance being told lies by advertising and media; Being told this packaged processed cereal is a "Smart Choice" because it has whole grains; Being told this sugary bottled beverage is healthy because it has electrolytes your body needs....I wish more people would just do some research! Cmon people

  • @ekoktk You don’t have to say “bye” to all your friends...if you decide to change something in your life, you can see a lot of miracles on the road! You’ll see how many relationships were harmful for you and they will be over soon! Believe me - it works:) Good Luck!

    Where I'm coming form is that I feel that it isn't the raw food that changes you, HOWEVER, the more "raw foods" seem to have in diet, can make you feel more in touch with your true feelings/heart/whatever one wants to call it, as things are much faster to digest ;) Great video, thanks!
