The yard didn't get like that overnight. You should check up on the property, at least drive by the place once every two weeks to a month just to see the physical shape of the place from the street. This didn't have to turn out as bad as it did.

this isnt that bad there are worse but its evident they had little kids with a phobia of drawing on paper the celing is awful from what i saw this is heavy use how long did they live there if it was over 10 years i can understand it looking a bit worn out but most of it like floors removed is intentiional damage
