  • That is some SERIOUS power out of those shoulders!

  • Allen just has pure strength

  • He has some of the best lifting form on YouTube. It's the same way when he benches 500 for reps, nice and smooth, strict and purely powerful.

  • No, that means that person has heart, doesn't mean he is a great athlete.

Look at bonds, arod, mcquire, and other above average athletes who took

steroids, these guys became super stars even after their prime. You take a

below average player and give home steroids, he is now a average player or

just above average, but not a super star, why? Genetics and god given talent

that below average people don't have, its life we just have to get used to

    it.

  • Even with all of the steroids in the world, you still need two main things: genetics and you have to put in the work. Period.

  • front shoulder press my ass. big gay faggot he hot his head all up in dat dudes balls. his head is laying back , his back aint even straight.

  • @veeseee128 U mad bro? Show em up!!

  • @veeseee128 U mad bro? Show em up!!

  • this is a incline press not a shoulder press. hes using his chest muscles

  • @veeseee128 a slight incline is still a shoulder press. Given, it's not a strict, competition military press, but i consider this a shoulder press.

  • easier than a college freshman

  • SWOLL AS HELL

  • WOW!!!

  • Mad strong, excellent form and pace. Right on

  • now do it standing i can't wait till i get to your level of strength. keep this stuff up man.

  • That's just unbelievable strength...

  • i just love seein people rep out my max squat on shoulder press for 10 lol

  • @sr19 shucks kid, just 'roid up like sc2875 says...it'll help (make your balls fall off).

  • @LegionaryBand

Do you know what song it is ? :)

  • Good song dude, and great lift.

  • Anyone know which song this is tho ? very nice press !!

  • Damn! Man you belong in a Marvel comic book!!!! Thats insane!

  • am i the only one that thinks this is an incline press and not a shoulder press?

  • There is no such thing as cheating unless you get caught.

  • This guy have the best form on YouTube. Nice slow smooth reps. Good job.

  • that's freakin awesome!! I'd set that rack a notch lower though

  • i love his bar control and form

  • lol at the guy doing cheat curls in the squat rack

  • @alexandertait Hahaha yea just noticed

  • Here is the thing about Allen, he has been strong his whole life. He was strong long before he even got serious about powerlifting. He has also been training for close to 25yrs, so that does help a lot. I believe only certain people with the proper genetics can do this type of weight. Steroids do help out, but they won't take a 135lb bench or even a 315 bench to a 600lb+ bench raw if the genetics aren't there. Steroids will work different between a person with great genetics and normal genetics.

  • - it's videos like this which keeps me forever modest about what i can lift

  • thats why he uses wide grip......i think i gota start using wider grip too...cuz i can do 225x7.....so if my max was 315...with normal grip..it should increase..but my triceps are also strong i donn kno wut to do ..im confused..i gota hit the gym real quick...

  • How much can you lift standing up Shoulder Pressing?

  • wow this is very impressive!

  • Allen always uses such beautiful form... damn!! He goes full range of motion, without quite locking out, and does so with full, slow control. Makes you wonder how much he could do if he just cheated a bit and only went down to his mouth level.... maybe 315 x 20

  • @Ludichris8531 If you believe steroids and genetics solely dictate your chances of competing with the competitors of today.... Then quite frankly, your delusional.

  • @Ludichris8531 My son, steroids are the stepping stones for competitive bodybuilders. You would quit your aspirations for competing should you know the vague, subtle truth .

  • That is true, but steroids is not going to take someone from benching 135 raw to 650lbs raw. You have to have some good genetics behind you. I have know this guy for a very long time and he has been strong since grade strong, not normal strong, I am talking stupid strong, so genetics does play a key role. and to Koshers, do I know what steroids are? haha , you have no idea.

  • perfect reps!!! and I thought my 250lbs x3 Standing Shoulder Press was ok..lol!

  • You need to add more weight to where the point you have to strain to do 6 reps but good form by the way keep it up

  • @teaneous Let's see your video. I mean, you're giving a dude that presses 315 for 10 reps advice, you're BOUND to have videos of your own. So is 6 reps your magic number? Is that the number that's just universally correct for everyone? I hate when people get on Youtube and give guys like this advice but have nothing to show of themselves, ESPECIALLY when their advice is wrong.

  • Proper consistent training and a far better than decent diet are the NUMBER 1 FACTORS

If that was the case then you would have a bunch of pro bodybuilders doing the same kind of weight, but most struggle with 405 in their bulk season. I think genetics plays a major role in strength and the amount of muscle you have, then training and diet.

  • lol Im still laughing

  • Comment removed

  • you mean this guys is as strong as derek poundstone dont think so got to be fake

  • hes a professional powerlifter....

  • Marlon torres or heavybows if you look at my favorites is stronger than this fat piece of shit, he is now doing 450lb Behind the neck press and he weights 230lbs and is only 5'5"

  • lol sure he is lol i bet he cant do 120

  • What??? Have u seen the video, is there any one on youtube doing that kind of weight

  • hes not doing 405 behind the head at 230 guarantee he not

  • Look you fucking dish rag, we are going to film our lifts when we do shoulders since there are so many nay sayers on here claiming that is fake, we are going to weight ourselfs and I will bring a hammer and bang the shit out of every plate just for you haters, it will be at a golds gym in vegas, the one on eastern so you cant say anything is fake, I just love to see all these supposed monsters of lifting shit their pants when they see what normal non-juice guys can do, ha ha ha haters.

  • @alexincera You're the only one who sounds like a hater here.

  • him being "only 5'5" is why he can do it

  • @uwsp46 oh you mean the cop that morons think is natural...because he's a cop? LOL!

  • just like anything u do in life, there are always pros and cons no matter wat. think before you do.

  • do steroids make you bald?

  • @Shokeybutsi They can speed up MPB if you are genetically predisposed.

  • if anyone disagrees with that, have fun with your temp. strength cause your gonna need alot of strength to help you get through the side effects.

  • Mr. Olympia, is like you said integlligent training diet and hardcore dedication but steroids will screw you far more then they'll help you. Pros: your stronger for a limited period of time. Cons: Baldness, opposite sex hormones, emotional instability, these are 3 of the many different side effects of steroids if they are taken for extended periods. its been prooven time and time again, and people who have had to recover from them will tell you the same.

  • More people die every year from alcohol and substance abuse than steriod use. Matter of a fact, the gather of pro's who have died and had severe side effects from steriods also were alcoholics, drug addicts, red meat dumpsters, and did more in a cycle then the average user does in a lifetime. (In most cases ran it year long). Steroids are not the root of all evil, and their detriments are always exaggerated. I 'am not a steroid user

  • @SunChipsINC People who want to see the truth will see the truth, others will continue to be dimwits satisfied with the status quo and following the herd. Did you see some of these ignorant bureaucrats in the documentary "Bigger, Faster, Stronger"? That one idiot bashing steroids didn't even know the legal drinking age of his own state. Let's not even start on then senator Biden. What a crooked douche-bag.

  • @jj128 Can't say either case is anything new. I hardly see an individual bashing steroids who is neither hypocritical nor conveys a realized point of view. I couldn't care if your are for or against steroids, my only thoughts are why... Thank you for the support ij128

  • Yea steroids may help overcome some genetics but it's not going to take someone who benches 225 for 1 rep to 600lbs for reps. You have to be genetically strong first, the steroids will make you go from good to better. Plus proper consistent training and a half way decent diet helps out also.

  • @sc2875 Sorry pal, but you have it backwards. Proper consistent training and a far better than decent diet are the NUMBER 1 FACTORS

  • @sc2875 well im not the strongest and dont have natural genes for strength, but im a natural athlete and have natural power. just because you lift 300lbs doesnt mean you can throw a massive hit, run down running backs, pressure qb's. but for those ectomorphs if you can fight threw the ldisadvantage and build muscle those are the best athletes.

  • Very impressive.

  • wow... i suck

  • @maross1388 stay suck,,,or grap pink magic and do ur thang

  • But doing them behind the neck is one good way of tearing your rotators, trust me I know, because that is how I tore mine. This is more of a natural movement.

  • @alexincera you are judging. you just did. re-read your post. the goal of his training is to raise his benchpress. if 315 x 10 gave him that strong of a bench im guessing its not a huge issue.

  • Nice lifting yes im sure he can rep with 405.

  • No he cant, hes a piece of fat shit heavybows dont buy into it,they are all steroid freaks, without the juice they would get burried with that weight.

  • I have just watched a video of Poundstone struggling his ass off to get 9reps at the same weight and you push 10 reps like it is nothing. You are insanely strong.

  • Shit son.

  • Steroids? what's that? I don't give a shit how much steroids you take, if your aren't genetically gifted to do this kind of weight, then all of the steroids in the world won't help. Yes steroids do help, but only enhance what is already there. If steroids was the answer, then you would have everyone who has done steroids become Mr. Olympia, its called genetics and steroids just helps out.

  • @sc2875 just helps out xD riiiight do you know what they do? or are even?

  • @sc2875

    PREACH!!!!!

  • @sc2875 i know shit ive been taking roids for 30 years and still havent won..

  • @sc2875 u forgot hard work, commitment and so on =D

  • @sc2875 its also cheating

  • @LesnarNextBigThingF5 there is no such thing as cheating period. this is real life, grow up and ditch your fantasy world.

  • @benchfordeath lol @ trying to justify his cheating. Looks like you come up with quite the creative scenarios in which you are an astute suspect of.

  • @InferiorThanYou this is a fundamental difference of opinion; however, i assert that cheating is a purely intellectual construct used to limit the potential of individuals in their respective environments.

  • @sc2875 ehhhh you're half right

  • @sc2875 good comment, though i feel like i waste my time trying to tell these yt gurus the real story. As I believe genetics plays a huge roll, you gotta look at guys like dorian and branch. Not insanely gifted in the genetics department, but the work ethic and dedication and intensity were unmatched. Tom platz is another guy i can think of like that. bodybuilding is 40% diet and rest, 30% training, 20% genetics, and MAYBE 10% gear. But look at doug miller. lifetime natural and very impressive

  • @sc2875 You can get to the level this guy is doing without t steroids or genetics. If you have patience, resources and time. The majority of the populous could anyways, assuming no injuries occurred.

  • @sc2875 genetics? yes that is true, more about hard ass work then anything

  • @sc2875 you are out of your brain. i knew a kid in high school who was LITERALLY 98lbs and weak. 2 years and huge steroid stretch marks later, he is 225 lbs and benching in the upper 300's. Yeah kid, steroids "help a little". Stop spreading bs. Everyone who competes in any sport needs to be banned for life as an unsportsmanlike liar and coward. If we as a society wish to have "all chemical" sports leagues, so be it.

  • @kenfo0 With decent genes, a willingness to eat a ton, lots of hard work, and a good powerlifting type program, you can do that. Especially if you are in your late teens and still chock full of testosterone. I'm 26, and i've been lifing for less than a year, and not very dedicated like. I went from pressing 95 lbs to 225, and I have stretchmarks on my shoulders and knees from how fast i put on muscle. You don't need steroids to get huge.

  • @stevey people have different genetics which allow them, w/ proper training (and most likely drugs) do amazing things. W/o the genes, you can still better yourself by a wide margin, and drugs can push you further. You WON'T achieve what the genetic "freak" can achieve.People say "there are a lot of amazing black athletes!", but do not contemplate why. They were part of an early eugenics/animal husbandry project for 200 yrs. After several generations, their performance level off with "whitey".

  • @kenfo0 doesnt it suck that you eventually acomplish what your body allows you and not what your mind and will do?

  • @muzimuzi the mind can be insane. The mind can make you think something is good for you which is not, against all evidence...see crack/heroin/etc. Be the best you can be w/o drugs/cheating. There is honor in that. If your body is yelling "too much", then it is just plain too much. You don't want to end up 50 yrs old and unable to do the things you like to do. People watch football. They WOW at the athletes. But they don't have to live in that body at 50+ yrs old, or pay for the med care.

  • @kenfo0 well to each his own choices, personally i want to take the risk of injuires alltho i dont belive every elite athlete ends up in a wheelchair at his 50s lol, but this wasnt quite my point, what i meant is its to bad genetics and steroids play the main roll and then comes the "hard work" and "dedication" and nutrition etc (all that in powerlifting and bodybuilding ofcourse not in ANY sport)

Because in the end of the day you cant choose ur genetics (yet) and steroids can fuck u up =P

  • @steveyfrac You aren't huge dude....

  • @ddt0889 I didn't say I was huge. I said you don't need steroids to put on a lot of muscle in a short period of time, and develop stretch marks. And to be fair, my videos are from when I was coming back from a break, and I wanted to check my form (it says as much), which is why I was only lifting 225. I've managed to squat 370 since.

  • @sc2875

Well said bro... This guy has phenomenal strength..

  • have you ever taken steroids? if not thats amazing even if you did thats still amazing...5 stars

  • yea i've just noticed ur back is quite stright i mean surely not an incline press

  • isnt that like incline press what its called... the upper part of the chest?

  • Incredibly easy bro...awesome...keep it up! 5 stars.

  • easy weight! That is some crazy strong shoulder strength, you probably could do reps with 405.

  • awesome.

  • Ur looking strong!! looks like your back bigger and stronger than before!! 5 stars!
