  • nikki this is bonafidejatt thank for rating else i would not known about this vid. i dont know i will live a day without my pit dbo if they ban him. i can i prevent them from banning

  • Aww that was a great video. I loved the pictures! Thanks to Peace2Pits for sharing this. They're GREAT pets!

  • nice video

  • If you enslave a bunch of people it doesn't mean they were born to be slaves. Likewise if you abuse a group of dogs by putting them out to fight..it doesn't make them fighters. Pit bulls, like any dog, just want to please people...and some people are just bad people. Aggression is learned, not genetic.

  • yes!

  • 1:19 ... Boxer or APBT? BSL would give this one a run for its money. Breed misidentification means death, something for the short coated, muscular non-APBT dog owners to consider.

  • loved it great song really good

  • The pit bull was not a breed created to fight. They were cattle dogs and hunters, they helped to control unrurly cattle mostly bulls and before that were the catch dogs on hunts. Fighting was actually only a tiny part of their history.

  • They were selectively bred to fight for hundreds of years. Read up.

  • I have read up on this subject, a lot. And they weren't selectively bred for dog fighting till this past century.

  • EvilSide Kick, don't deny the American Pit Bull's heritage in England & Ireland as a fighting dog. Many other breeds were fighting dogs (Akita, Bull Terrier, etc) and have grown beyond this stigma. Please show your reference that the APBT was FIRST a herding/cattle dog and NOT a bull & terrier cross. Who cares about an old, illegal heritage, I will recognize their past and love them as they are.

  • You don't protect people from bad owners by banning a dog breed! Those same owners will pick another breed to mess up! Target the problem -- bad owners. Make stronger dangerous dog laws and make the owners responsible or punished.

All pitbulls are not even dog aggressive--- some are, it can be managed. One thing they are NOT is People aggressive.

Target the deed not the breed, breed bans don't work the way you want them to and destroy families.

  • Just wait until it is your beloved breed, wait until someone tells you your best friend is only good dead. Then pit bull owners are going to be the first people you are going to turn to for help, and we will be there for you, as no one deserves this. And all for laws that do nothing to keep the community safe, maybe you should do less reading on the history of a breed you want nothing to do with and more on the legislation that you are backing. Because no educated person would.

  • And yet thousands(probably more)of pit bulls and their mixes are put to sleep every single day because of irresponsible owners yet there are people running around wasting all of their time and energy trying to rescue them. They are the number one most unwanted breed based on the number in shelters and the number that gets put to sleep every day. Yet pit bull enthusiasts dont seem to care. They go right on trying to push their breed onto everyone else by calling us uneducated for not agreeing.

  • LadyDice, the same can be said of Labs as far as being overbred and crowding the shelters.

  • please if you've never owned one or loved one don't put the breed down, these breeds are breeds you don't understand until you own one or spend a LOT of time with one. for a long time they (pitties and Rotties) were just another dog to me, but i own a rottie and let me tell you there is a diffrence, I also own a lab and a beagle, I trust the rottie in ant situation, because i can see right through him, the lab is unpredictable, and sometimes untrustworthy. Rotties and Pitties forever

  • nice video, i liked that song also. Good job.

  • they were not bred specifically for dog fighting, they were first bred as cattle dogs, pulling horses out of mud that got stuck, then bull baiting, they were bred for gameness, not necessarily for fighting , for the willingness and ability to work.so the dogs taken from mike vick has no place in the society? yet they all have good homes, get along with other animals, and 1 is a service/therapy dog? that makes no sense, the people doing this stuff to these dogs has no place in todays society.

  • Loved it! 5 stars.:)
