I wish I could have one of these. Huskies and malamutes can't stand the hot climate of my country, but Jindo might. But, getting a Jindo might be complicated. =(

i've noticed most jindos are beatiful but my dog i had all my life a jindo and it made me think jindos are truley so beatiful. she had the greatest feature and when i look at other jindos there so ugly i dont'want to offensive but my dog is truley beatiful jindo out of almost every one i see. her eyes are way bigger and rich longer but short fur golden contrast and pointy ears.

@justin33090 I use to have a jindo myself and died of old age. he too fought a rotti and actually beat him. before the fight, i thought he was a dead jindo, but i was wrong!

my jindo is not people friendly, only when i tell it, it doesn't bark. Keep in mind as a puppy my dog was not introduced to people as much.

Jindo's are not usually human aggressive. They are prey oriented but usually very good with humans.

@playitfunky So true! They are not aggressive towards humans. A pet Jindo is a very well tempered dog and like other abused dogs, they will be fearful and maybe aggressive towards humans due to abuse! Jindos are very intelligent and will not attack unless they are threatened which does not happen often....our Jindo was very friendly but he was very dominant over other larger breeds! He was a leader. It's like having a beautiful dog that cleans himself like a cat!

That doesn't mean it was a Jindo, just because it looked like one. They often get mixed up with Shiba Inus.. And I don't think you know anything about Jindos because of course if it's wild, everyone's a stranger! But I have one, and if their owner is there, everything is fine, but if it's some random person on their territory, it's not fine. It's the same with all dogs.

@xSuperSingerx I adopted a dog named Shiba. The rescuers thought it was a Shiba Inu so they called him Shiba. He's a jJindo. Jindo are a little bigger than Shiba Inus.

lol i had a jindo b4 and it shed like crazy. it also had white fur and pink nose...and during summer our yard like it's been snow. it looks like balls of cotton everywhere

I had a baekgu also but he didn't shed much. He had a lot of fur but I brushed him and bathed him regularly and that helps with the shedding.  My chihuahua terrier mix actually shed more and smelled more than my jindo.

well my dog really didn't shed but during the sheding season, with seasonal changes thats when she shed like crazy. i bathed her regularly like once a weak and stuff and brushed her everyday

yeah my jindo shed a lot during shedding season too. you can't avoid it really.  Just warm bath is best you can do. On the whole though jindo don't shed too much. other large dogs like labs, collie, golden retrievers shed much, much more.
