I was looking for 360 views of the designed proposal for the arena and found your video. You seem to know a lot about what's going on with the city's development! I totally agree that the city needs a facelift, but what I had in mind was more of an old-strathcona, charming with character look. A lot of the proposals for the newer stuff, in my opinion, is a lot of cement and metal post-modern, possibly too much.
