some voltmeters like your measure the voltage by applying an internal and when their internal voltage equals to the measured voltage then gives the reading. By this proses the voltmeter charges a capacitor ... your capacitor.
Hi, is it not getting the charging power from the multimeter ? I think if you put the multimeter directly on the cap, it will charge the cap at the same rate. Please inform me if I am wrong, Nice setup - kind regards - Ben
Like your video and others you have made. Its very interesting to see you and others put labs together and giving more ideas for the masses to test out.
Question I have is about the 2 Fluorecent lights that you have above your workbench.
Could you test if you have same results with them off, outdoor location without any electrical devices nearby?
Or is the purpose that the coil picks up any electrical fields nearby or only generated by the neo-magnet?
currently im testing the ultra boost cap with this unit .. in a 2 phase system it does infact charge an ultra boost cap! running 2.6vdc input at 2.32 mili amps ...
im useing an aa battery to recharge an ultra boost cap
it does climb but slowly .. this is understandable as the cap holds 5800 watts
it is not good idea best is the magentic motor
altenator gives more amps amps is more important than volts

Try using an analog voltmeter
