From this video, it appeared that the officer attacked the man by initially kicking him (apparently very forcefully) in the groin between the man's legs (not his "stomach"), knocked him down, and was assaulting him. I strongly question the mental health of some of these officers that are hired these days.

BC to shoot someone at close range with darts would be excessive force IMO and that is why he probably did it. Why would the officer taze a guy if he didn't feel the need to stop the fight asap? It's an older guy, the longer you fight with an older guy the more injury that can happen. A simple 1 second touch taze prevented further injury to a guy resisting 4 officers. Educate urself!!

From this video, it appeared that the officer attacked the man by initially kicking him (apparently very forcefully) in the groin between the man's legs (not his "stomach"), knocked him down, and was assaulting him. I strongly question the mental health of some of these officers that are hired these days.

And that was the mistake in the video the officer couldn't have turned off the video recording. He would've had to have somebody delete it, and cops here don't have access to their own recordings for that reason, a supervisor would have to unlock the hard drive. If you turn off the equipment it would've been nothing to delete or recover
