what was that video of his in which he popped from the side of the vid with a silly sounding "HELLO". Laughed so hard at that one and I would like to watch it again, but I just can't find it :-?
Man i like ur videos they can really show u something to learn ,, but cut the crap will you.. Do not exaggerate things, try to be more simple, don't try to be fast repeating same stuff over and over ,..
touch sensitive jog wheel? i can see tryna hit the memory bank buttons and cus its touch sensitve... you accidently touch the jog wheel....t he song would stop like when he demonstrated
U can create an epic effect by storing the loop, and then playing the stored loop once JUST after the beat. Thatll give you some sorta flanger. The more time btween the beat and loop, the more it will sound like delay
I have got a NDX200 and an IM1 mixer. I am think of get something that is £100 - £200 that is a cd turntable. Sould i get this or would you recommed anything else?
I notice that players use RCA jacks (Red & White); I wonder if there will be any that will start to use HDMI? There is obviously a huge difference in home audio so I can imagine what kind of sound professional CD players would have using HDMI for audio. Extending on that last thought: It'd be nice if video could be supported as well. Just a thought.
worst cd player for scratching i used to own the mpcds3 without the effects and touch sence jog. rubbish for scratching but ok to mix with (just about) but they do the job
All types of players out there with all types of potential DJ's to get them. This will work for a number of DJ's out there as well as everything else. Hmm Citronic? are relatively new in the industry I wonder?
talking bout digital scratch... had a version of these players as well, and for the price, really good! precise, fast, easy to work with. but the scratch aint good, neither is the master tempo.
@vileguile4 I had an American Audio CDI-300 mp3, it lacks the effects but has the same scratch. minus a touch sensitive platter. however, the software used to control the scratch is the same on every player
I am not a cdj fan however I would definitely suggest anyone to stay away from these low end brands cause the life span of these items and their fully functionality are very very short. They live off of low baller dj, club owners and quickly broken units for years.
Sad but true, these are professional djs' nightmare equipment.
And I don't mind paying the extra for a brand that is same like this junk but produced by a reputable brand.
@mggevo i have to disagree. i have been using KAM KCD410 CD decks for close to two years. they work just as good as the day i bought them. it's bedroom gear. so you don't need to fork out the big money to be able to mix. i've been mixing since 95. and in my humble opinion, it doesn't matter what you use, as long as you get enjoyment out of it. Citronic have a good name in the dj world. i don't know why you're saying they are not a reputable brand.

@HungryShark no, but the player is an OEM design, meaning that one player is made in a factory, and different companies put their own label on it.
