I am italian so this is what I get from other users on others vids:

Joey said "I went in to back one out" (which is american slang for poop) instead of saying that he went in to pee. That's what rachel says too and that makes joey laugh.

In the second take joey says "I went in to lay a little cable" which is another way (always slang) to say the same thing. But this time he said that on purpose, that's why he screams "I got a million of 'em!" XD
