because verizon likes to charge for everything they wouldn't let you get free internet off wifi, come on now they want you to pay for everything verizon gives great service but they will tax you in every possible way they can

Ok well I'm now I'm well and truly buttered up for the Storm, and I just hope it can live with the expectations. I can associate with the 2 phones thing. Acutally I've been following this phone since it was mentioned and I'm pretty nervous about it I don't want to be disappointed. They've taken my deposit already!

Phones 4U are the worst mobile phone company I have ever had dealings with. Good luck to you if you ever have any problems with the phone, as they wont want to know

Depends, I do hear you though. I've bought from them twice, and both been exceptionaly helpful. Being so keen to own the BB Storm, one advisor has been very helpful and literally informing me each day of the order status.  I think it really depends which shop. I havent encountered any problems from my end. Sorry to hear you had bad experiences. Not nice when you're handing over your well earned cash.

Just placed an order for this phone... should be arriving friday. Will give it a couple of days trial and if its not up to scratch i'll send it back ;-)
