I love him in the recent "It's complicated" I loved his romantic mild mannered character, Roxane was great I loved the Insult Scene in the bar, and Of Course there's The Jerk........She smirks.....

trains, planes and automobiles! Steve Martin is a gifted funny man, but he's made some weird career moves, like the remake of the Pink Panther. You can't fit Peter Sellers shoe. But I have a lot respect for Steve Martin, one of the great comics.

steve martin one of a kind.. did u know that he was one of the police guys shootin the running Bruce lee in his chinese connection movie? when you see the last scene of CC you ll see steve martin standing second from the right shootin at lee as lee run and jump and paused !

Read his book. It is very detailed and descriptive. If you haven't read it, read it. You will have a new understanding of Steve Martin, and probably a new respect.

I've read Born Standing Up. I've been a huge fan of Steve Martin's for years and he's brillent at everything he does: stand-up comedy, acting, writing screenplays, novels, or even plays. He's a genius.

Steve is good in his movies but his stand-up routine was classic & could not be compared to anyone else back then or since. Steve's comedy was unique. SNL really helped this guy get noticed.
