This Looks like wing chun chain punching except there is more body movement, btw is this a good way to condition your hands as i dont often condition my hands as i have college and work around my wing chun and I don't know where to buy a wall bag from
TeamBangout ....I applaud you for your work and dedication to your art form. Looks aliittle like wing chun. Im a practitioner of xing yi, tai chi, wingchun myself. Good form guys...good form. keep it up.
When you were hitting the tree were you in a neutral stance or a fighter's stance ? It was hard to tell from the camera angle . Thanks for the inspiration.
self disapline is the key. detach from the pain and find the inner focus. i always imagine that i need more hits that cause me pain in training to make more hits hurt my opponents. check my vids, quite similar id value your comments.

It seems to me that was way more than 1020 hits. For one, the guy counted 800 two times ... anyways great job.
