Hey, I've got a spyder vs3. Whenever I pull the trigger, the bolt stays in its position and will not move. I took it apart and made sure that the sear wasn't stuck. Is it too tight?

@ZeetleBeetle: There is a slot on the stryker where the sear catches it. He brought the slot to the bottom. You can also look from the top if the hole where the bolt pin goes is centered.

this is exactly what they tell you to do, Kingmann has a video on the Spyder Electra or Pilot. And the guy actually says to pull the trigger when putting in the striker. So its Kingmanns fault that people ruin they're O-rings on the strikers in they're Spyders.

dear mike,

ok i have this Spyder Aggressor. I used it in a game one weekend and came back and I had some left over co2 so I shot a couple of pods through it and then all of a sudden air started leaking from everywhere. I attemted to take it apart but I tried and I stripped the screws to the grip frame and i cannot get the reg off the gun. HELP MEE!!! PLZ

hey mike from techpb i recently bought a new spyder pilot 09, when cleaning my gun do i need to lube my delrin bolt? also is it safe for me to pull the trigger and push in the bolt beause i saw the video kingman uploaded about the spyer pilot 09 with eyes on youtube and they did it like that, but now im confused because you say not to pull the trigger and instead remove the triggerframe

@andes071101 No you do not need to oil the Delrin bolt it doesn't have any o-rings, and you should do just like Mike showed in the video, unscrew the trigger frame from your Pilot to put the striker back in to not damage the striker o-ring.

i put the striker in a lil differently i tend to use an allen key to push the sear down as i put the striker in no all the way then put the spring and pull the trigger so the spring pushes the whole thing it it wrks well i haven't dmg my o rings that way yet on my kaos

So a regulator (for 0-500) will be powerful enough to operate (the azodin) ?

I've actually found a way you do need to remove the grip frame. after youve remove the bolt and about to put it back in look in to the hole for the top striker pin. use an allen key or something strong enough to lower the sear, then slide the bolt in.

Hey Mike,I see you have a CP regulator on your kaos. I was under the impression that the operating pressure of the kaos was upwards of 800psi. Doesn't the cp output 600psi max? Did you lower the operating pressure of your gun somehow? I am interested in using a bob long torpedo on my kaos but I am not sure if it will starve the gun of air.

This really helped me, now I never shoved a swab in the back Like that, but I would use the allen key to push the sear down in order to slide it in but removing the trigger frame all together eliminates the chance of wrecking the o-ring. Also my gun occasionally makes the farting and doesn't cock so I'm going to replace the striker o-ring and now I'm sure to not damage it

Good quality sears are made of hardened steel NOT Aluminum. If you marker has an aluminum sear then you bought a P.O.S.

Hey can someone tell me what it means when a gun is low pressure or operates of low pressure systems. Is their something you have to set your tank or gun to so that it is using low pressure. Any information or clarification would help.

My gun i just sold to my friend....the spyder RT 09...i took out the stiker to see any damages on the O-ring...but not damages... and i also put it back in to shoot it again and makes the farting noise...(and yes i did take out the trigger frame before putting the striker back in)

would this cause my problem? when i set my spyder to 3 round burst or full auto, it will reset to semi auto. it will change modes on its own, full batteries and a full tank of air. any tips? or is it just a faulty board?
