You know what's interesting is that when they first showed the girl with that outfit, I thought of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, the prostitute outfit she was wearing when she first met Richard Gere. Very similar outfit.

Because I've seen a lot of women dancing like this in short skirts in these old persian movies in bars and I wonder did there really used to be a lot of bars with dancers like this back then? What did people think of these women back then?

they were thought as prostitutes, all the women who worked at the cabare were considered prostitutes bc it was their job to attract the men w their dance and body so that the men slept w them and they could make some money.

ahdieh is diff from the actresses, she was not considered a slut or anything like that. But for the actresses who played in such movies, they were considered as sluts bc most of these movies had sex scenes and these women had t sleep w diff men.However there were actresses like Sepideh or Azarshiva who never played in the sex scenes and therefore had better reputations.
