Someone heard her concert at Wigmore Hall ? I listened to it on the BBC Radio 3, and even recorded it with Audacity.

I'm surprised (and pleased), because she's singing almost like a contralto in this piece. Everything I heard from her before was much, much higher than this.  Bravo!

BTW, someone has heard her Concert in Wigmore Hall, London (England) ? I heard her through BBC Radio 3; she sang lieder from Grieg and Brahms. I had recorded it with Audacity, but lost it lately ...

okay, maybe you don't believe me but i'm the daughter of bernarda fink. and yes she was born in argentina but her parents are from slovenia...my brother was born in vienna and i was born in klagenfurt(carinthia). but we spend our first years in prague.

Thankfully an uploaded clip of Bernarda. Indeed one of the finest and brightest mezzosopranos nowadays. Beauty of tone, witty and sensible phrasing. Her recording of Cornelia under Jacobs' is a treasure. Argentina should be really proud of Bernarda Fink and Marcelo Alvarez, both singers of the highest grade.
