  • This is excellent! Lucid and insightful...Thank you!

  • interesting stuff... moment of waking up, 5, the sleeper must awaken...

  • interesting, this falling asleep into a tangent, then waking up from it again... the most signficant moment, 5... the sleep must awaken hehehe...

waiting for the bit when he talks about time directly... since he talks about dramas, stories, and moments...

focussing on the moment of waking up is goooood

self-prepelled thoughts, energistics of thoughts eg wrt sexual...

judgement on wasting time, heheh... and changing this so that we make use of the tangential story...

    all good :)

  • Why can't we stop daydreaming? What is the purpose of meditation?

  • Daydreams are gifts, that when examined reveal what we most need to see in our everyday world to understand what blocks us from that which is most meaningful to us. Try direct Understanding and Attainment, it is about meditation and daydreams.

  • I agree with Lisa, daydreams are like mirrors of your deep conciousness. The moment you stop daydreaming you know you are enlightenend.
